In FIGS. 7 and 8, the bottom support part 14 consists of: a T-profile according to cross section f. The web: of the T-profile gradually decreases upward at the support part 18, and the seat part 16 forms a flat profile.
In FIGS. 9 and 10, a T-profile has also been used. Here the web of the T-profile lies to the outside according to the cross section f. In the case of the support part 18, the web gradually decreases, and the seat part 16 forms a flat profile.
In FIGS. 11 and 12, the base forms support part 14: the. T-shaped cross section g. The T-profile changes its dimensions in the support part 18 in such a way that the web gradually decreases towards the top and the flange widens towards the top. The seat part 16 forms: a flat profile (width h 1).
The same T-profile has been used in FIGS. 13 and 14 as in FIG. 11 and 12, however, the web: of the T-profile is on the outside.
In FIGS. 15 and 16 the bottom support part is a flat iron placed on edge with the cross section i. In: the support part 18 is twisted: the profile by 180, and the seat part 16 has: one. lie flat the rectangular cross-section i.
In FIGS. 17 and 18, the bottom support part 14 consists of six flat rails (sheet metal strips) placed on top of one another and firmly connected to one another. On the lower arch 1-1 ', all six layers absorb the bending loads.
At the point mm there are only five, at the point nn only four, at: the point oo only three, at the point <B> p -p </B> only two layers and at the end of the seat part 16 there is only one Location available. On :
this way is a gradual one. upward decreasing cross-section reductions not entered. The sheet metal strips can have reinforcing ribs projected out of them.
In the fig. 17a, a similar support spar 10 is illustrated as in FIGS. 17 and 18, only with the difference that the flat rails are also arranged in a stepped manner in the floor support part 14.
19 and 20, the support bar 10 consists of: three bars 30 lying next to one another and: three bars 32 and 34 lying one on top of the other. The outer bars 30 merge into the seat parts 16 via 11ie support parts 18. The rod 34 ends in the middle of the support member 18 at r. The rods 32 end in the middle of the seat part 16 at q. Instead of rods, tubes can also be chosen.
In FIGS. 21 and 22, seven tubes are arranged side by side. The. mitt sized tube 36 goes through the entire support spar 10 therethrough. The two tubes 38 end at: q in the seat part 16. The further tubes 40 end at the upper part of the support part 18 at r. The other tubes 42 ends at the lower part of the support part 18. s.
In FIGS. 23 and 24, seven tubes likewise form the support bars 10 arranged on both sides of the chair. The tubes are arranged side by side. The middle tube 36 goes: through the entire support spar 10 and forms the armrest of the chair; : a cross connection 36 'in: the backrest connects the tubes 36 of the spars.
The two tubes 38 end in the middle of the armrest. The two tubes 40 merge into: the seat part, one of which is still connected to a part 41 of the backrest with a tube 40 of the other spar. The seat upholstery 12, shown in dashed lines, wins on the tubes 40.
In Fig. 25 the support spar 10 is made up of thirteen adjacent, in: the one half of the stalk different Sangen tubes ge forms. The two outermost tubes reinforce the floor. The other six tubes are graduated in the support part. Only the five innermost tubes go into the seat part. However, these are graduated.
Two tubes are bent out to form a support surface for the seat upholstery shown in dotted lines.
In FIG. 26, the support beam 10 has a tube 44 which also forms the floor support part 14. The somewhat thinner tube 46 is inserted into the tube 44 and the somewhat thinner tube 48 is inserted into it. The pipe parts 44, 46 and 48 form the support part. The thinnest tube 50 is inserted into the tube 48. This forms the seat part 16.
The strongest tubes 44 of two spars can be connected at the rear by a lower cross connection 52 and the thinnest tubes 50 by an upper cross connection 54, as can be seen in FIG. The individual tubes can be inserted into one another to a greater or lesser depth, depending on their strength, their diameter and the degree of springiness to be achieved.
The described design of the spars ensures that the resistance of the support part is greatest at its most heavily stressed point.
