Tabakdose mit Abdeckplatte. Die bekannten Tabakdosen, die zur Fül lung der Pfeife oder zur Selbstherstellung von Zigaretten in der Tasche nachgetragen werden, haben den Nachteil, dass der in die Dose eingelegte Tabak durch die Erschütte rungen, denen die Dose ausgesetzt ist, erheb lichen Schaden leidet. Dieser äussert sich so, dass der Pfeifen- oder Zigarettentabak aus einanderfällt und derart zerkleinert wird, dass schliesslich nur noch Tabakstaub in der Dose zurückbleibt, der insbesondere zur Her stellung von Zigaretten unbrauchbar ist, sich aber auch zum Rauchen in der Pfeife nicht mehr eignet, um so mehr, da das Rauchen dieses Tabakstaubes gesundheitsschädlich ist.
Diese Schädigung der Dosenfüllung nimmt zu, je mehr sich die Tabakfüllung durch Ent nahme von Tabak verringert und sich dabei der freie Raum vergrössert, indem der Tabak dann um so mehr den schädlichen Einwir kungen der Erschütterungen ausgesetzt ist.
Diese Nachteile werden gemäss vorliegen der Erfindung durch eine Tabakdose mit Ab deckplatte, die zwischen die Dosenfüllung und den Dosenverschlussdeckel zu liegen kommt, dadurch vermieden, dass die Abdeck- platte mit mindestens einer Feder verbunden und dem Horizontalquerschnitt der Dose an gepasst ist und gegen die Füllung der Dose zu gerichtete Erhöhungen aufweist, so dass das Füllgut der geschlossenen Dose unter Pressdruck steht und durch die Erhöhungen an der Abdeckplatte am Verlagern gehindert wird.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungs gegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausfüh rungsform dargestellt.
Es zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch eine teil weise geöffnete Tabakdose mit Füllgut und Abdeckplatte und Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie I-I der Fig. 1.
Darnach ist 1 die Dose, 2 deren Deckel. 3 ist die Abdeckplatte, die dem Horizontal querschnitt der Dose angepasst ist und gegen das Füllgut zu gerichtete Erhöhungen 4 auf weist. An der Abdeckplatte ist eine Feder 5, beispielsweise eine Blattfeder,.befestigt, deren abgebogenes Ende unter den Deckel 2 reicht, so dass beim Schliessen des Deckels 2 durch Spannung der Blattfeder 5 die Abdeclzplatte mit ihren Erhöhungen 4 gegen das Füllgut gepresst wird.

These disadvantages are avoided according to the present invention by a tobacco box with cover plate, which comes to lie between the can filling and the can closure lid, in that the cover plate is connected to at least one spring and the horizontal cross-section of the can is fitted and against the filling the can has elevations directed towards it, so that the contents of the closed can are under pressure and are prevented from shifting by the elevations on the cover plate.
