Ring-shaped heated electric hotplate. Annular heated electric hotplates are known in which the heating conductor is arranged on the underside of the plate either in grooves or in any other way, as well as those whose inner, unIeheizter part is used to accommodate a built-in temperature controller on the underside of the plate .
Furthermore, ring-shaped heated electric hotplates without temperature regulators are known, which are made from one cast and in which the inner, unheated part has a trough-like recess that contributes to a certain extent to the thermal tension compensation and prevents the pots from dancing.
If this is to be adjusted or readjusted for plates with a temperature controller, the plate must be removed from its contact socket and turned around in order to be able to perform <reads. In practice, an exact setting of the temperature controller can only be achieved by repeating this process several times, which in itself is tedious and, above all, takes a considerable amount of time; because the plates that may have become hot in the meantime can only be removed with difficulty, or you have to wait for them to cool down.
All of these disadvantages can be mitigated by the fact that in a ring-shaped heated electric hotplate, the inner, unheated part of which is recessed trough-like, according to the invention on the underside of the trough-like recess of the plate, a temperature controller is arranged, which is controlled by a from the top of the Accessible plate, in whose trough-like recess protruding adjustment member influenced who can.
The invention is to be explained in more detail with reference to the Ausführungsbei shown in the drawing game of the subject invention. In the drawing, the hotplate is shown in section. On their underside, the heating conductors are housed in grooves 1, but this is not a requirement, because the concept of the invention is applicable to all plates with trough-like, recessed, inner, unheated part and ring-shaped, heated part, regardless of the way in which it is used the heating conductors are arranged on their underside. The middle, unheated part of the plate is deepened like a trough, and the adjusting member 3 protrudes into the trough.
The temperature regulator 4 located on the underside of the plate, which in the present case is only shown schematically, can be influenced by this setting element. As an adjustment organ, a screw can be used which is either provided with a slot or with a head (as shown) or has two bores into which a socket wrench can engage. This embodiment is preferable because it is the simplest and most reliable. But it would also be conceivable to provide a hole in the trough-like recessed central area in which there is a spring-mounted pin on which a variable axial pressure is exerted by moving a wedge sideways.
This pressure of the spring-loaded pin could also be used to regulate the preload of a temperature regulator. The depth of the trough is to be chosen so that within the entire control range, e.g. B. even after screwing up the adjusting element, a loading contact between this and a set cooking vessel does not take place.
For the application of the concept of the invention, it does not matter how large the unheated area of the plate is, that is, whether this is selected larger or smaller than the space that is absolutely required to accommodate the temperature controller. If the unheated part is dimensioned in such a way that the temperature controller can be attached to it, then the appearance of the plate will approximate the full hotplate.
If this space is chosen to be larger, then the plate is a ring-shaped heated electric hot plate with a pronounced edge zone heating. For the application of the concept of the invention, it is also be long whether the middle, unheated part forms a component with your heated part, so for example is made with this in one cast. or whether the unheated trough is made of a different material. that is in fixed or loose connection with the heated part.
