Provision for loading the pressure rollers on the drafting units. The subject of the main patent is a device for loading the pressure rollers of drafting systems on spinning machines, in which the controllable pressure of a fluid, for example a hydraulic or pneumatic medium, is used to load the pressure rollers to reduce the harmful influence of vibrations resulting from weight loading to eliminate; In addition, the device according to the invention is light in weight and therefore economical, d. H. advantageous in terms of purchase.
A further development of this device is given according to the present invention in that the loading of pressure rollers on both sides of the machine occurs from a line of pressure fluid common to them.
A preferred embodiment has the advantage that the line for exerting the pressure is attached under the cover board of the machine and is only present once. This means a substantial simplification and savings compared to the arrangement of a line for the pressure fluid on both sides of the machine. There is also the possibility of installing the present ver simplified version in existing machines and thereby freeing the weights, which equates to a significant saving in material both when changing existing machines and when building new machines.
In. the drawing is an embodiment example of the subject invention illustrated.
1 shows a vertical cross section, FIG. 2 shows a top view thereof, and FIG. 3 shows the loading of the pressure rollers as a detail.
The cover board 2 lies between the two cylinder banks 1. The cylinder banks 1 are supported on the intermediate shields 3. On the connecting pieces 4 of the intermediate shields, a U-shaped channel is provided throughout the entire length of the machine, formed by a profile iron 5 in which a hose line 6 for receiving the pneumatic or hydraulic pressure medium is located. The hose line 6 is sealed at the ends and provided with a device for regulating and measuring the pressure. Pressure plates 7 are supported on the hose line 6 and each press on a double lever 8; only one pressure plate 7 with double lever B.
At the ends of each double lever 8, a pull rod 9 is connected in an articulated manner, which is movably hooked into a pull hook 10. Each draw hook 10 is connected to a loading saddle 11, which is on the left BEZW. is on the right side of the machine, and according to FIG. 3 on the two pressure rollers 12 and 13 rests. A support rod 14 is provided on each side of the machine, which serves as a stop for the double levers 8, as a result of which they are secured to the machine.
The device works as follows: The hydraulic or pneumatic means in the hose line 6 is put under pressure, whereby the hose expands and presses the pressure plates 7 downwards. This pressure is transferred to the double lever 8 and thus via the tension rods 9 and tension hooks 10 provided on the machine sides to the load saddles 11 and thus to the pressure rollers 12 and 13. If the drafting field must be relieved on one side of the machine, then the be matching draw hook 10 with the pressure bar BEZW. Saddle 11.
The corresponding end of the double lever 8 then sinks down until it rests on the support rod 14. The second arm of the double lever 8 remains under the same pressure as before.
Instead of a hose as a line for the pressure fluid, a tube with attachments could be arranged in which pistons move, which apply the pressure to the double lever. transfer. The loading of pressure rollers on both sides of the machine from a common line of pressure fluid can be provided for several or all of the stretching fields on both sides of the machine.
