Speed change gears, in particular for motor vehicles. The invention relates to a speed change transmission, especially for motor vehicles, with two gear wheels mounted on a shaft, which can be optionally coupled to this via a claw clutch provided with a pre-clutch, the claw clutches being a jointly actuatable between the gears Have arranged switching part and have the pre-clutches relative to the switching part rotation-limited friction rings.
The rotation limitation of the friction rings of the pre-couplings pursues in a known manner the purpose of always keeping the friction rings in such a position with respect to the claws of the switching part that the pre-coupling and then the coupling can be carried out safely.
In a transmission of the type specified above, it is obvious that the Drehbe limit the friction rings, as known per se, to make by means of the claws of the switching part itself. But because care must be taken here that the friction ring assigned to the left gear, for example, also remains limited in rotation when the switching part for engaging the right gear is shifted from its center position to the right, the friction rings must be made very long in the axial direction so that the claws of the switching part remain permanently in engagement with both friction rings. However, this leads to an increase in the construction length of the transmission, which not only interferes with the overall design of a motor vehicle, for example, but also causes considerable additional effort.
This enlargement of the overall length is particularly significant when the transmission is carried out in multiple stages.
According to the invention, a non-displaceable member connected to the shaft is provided to limit the rotation of the friction rings. This makes it possible without difficulty and special effort to achieve a length of the transmission provided with pre-clutches that is hardly greater than if no pre-clutches were provided.
For the rotation limitation of the friction rings causing member then the simplest attachment option is when the switching part of the claw clutches is formed by axially parallel pins arranged on a guide piece rigidly connected to the shaft, as is known per se. Then namely the link used for the rotation limitation, of which several may be present, be attached directly to the guide piece as a pin seated between two switching studs.
It is easiest, however, when one of the switching pins is set by a pin connected to the guide piece which is immovable and which limits the rotation of both friction rings.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the drawing ver, namely this shows in Fig. 1 a part of a vertical main section through the motor vehicle - change gear, and in Fig. 2 a vertical partial cross-section through this after the plane 11- 1I of Fig. 1. In the drawing, the shaft finite 1 and the two gears rotatably mounted on this are designated with 2 and 2 'and 13 are the switching pins arranged axially parallel between the two gears, which are in the grooves of the shaft via the wedges 1 connected guide piece 5 sit and can be verseho ben by means of the sleeve 6 in the axial direction.
Depending on your displacement sense, the switching pins 3, ent neither the gear 2 or the gear 2 'to be rigidly coupled to the shaft 1, namely by engaging the switching pins in their bores 7 respectively. 7 '. However, the switching pins 3 can only reach this engagement when one of the friction rings 8 or 8 ', which respectively with the conical surfaces 9. 9 'on the gears 2 respectively. 2 'work together, has previously established synchronization and the switch pins respectively through recesses 1.0. 10 'of the friction rings can pass.
The friction rings 8 and 8 'braked by the conical surfaces 9 and 9' via the lubricating oil film and therefore twisted relative to the shift pins 3 retain their contact pressure for this purpose due to the action of the shift pins on the conical countersinks 11 and 11 respectively. 11 'of the recesses 10 respectively. 10 '; when synchronism has occurred, the switch pins 3 and the countersinks 11 respectively. 11 'causes a rotation of the friction rings 8 or 8' relative to the switching pins 3 until the switching pins through the recesses 10 respectively. 1.0 'step through.
To the left of the gear 2, another gear is arranged on the shaft, fully indicated in Figure 1, only the associated coupling device and the sleeve is designated by 12; to the right of the gear 2 'sits on the shaft 1, the bearing 13 in the gear housing 1-1.
One of the switching pins 3 is now replaced by a pin 15, which is held immovably by a transverse pin 16 seated in the guide piece 5 and is only encompassed by the bluff 6 on its cylinder circumference and thereby rotates the friction rings 8 and 8 'with respect to the switching pins borders, d: 1.13 he respectively in a groove 17. 17 'of the same engages.
Because of the immovability of the pin 15, a short overall length of the friction rings and thus of the entire transmission is possible. In addition, in the example shown, the gear wheel 2 is at a small distance from the bearing 1.3, which is why it only delivers small bending moments for the shaft 1 when power is transmitted due to the tooth pressure and can hardly affect the running of the gear. </ B>
