Description
Zeitrad für Achsial\ erdichten oder Achsialturhinen. Die Erfindung befasst sich mit der Auf gabe, ein Leitrad für Achsialverdichter oder Achsialturbinen zu schaffen, das geringes Gewicht besitzt, billig in der Herstellung ist und sich für Massenanfertigung eignet.
Diese Aufgabe kann als gelöst angesprochen Wer der, wenn gemäss der Erfindung das Leitrad eines Achsialverdichters oder einer Achsial- turbine einen aus Blech gedrückten Innen ring und einen Aussenring, der gedreht oder ebenfalls aus Blech gedrückt sein kann, auf weist, wobei diese Ringe zur Aufnahme der Leitschaufeln mit Schlitzen versehen sind, deren Form dem Schaufelprofil entspricht. Zur Versteifung des Innenringes ist es vor teilhaft, in diesen einen ebenfalls aus Blech gedrückten Boden einzusetzen und zu be festigen. Als Werkstoffe für die einzelnen Leitradteile haben sich korrosionsbeständige und schweissbare Leichtmetallegierungen gut bewährt.
Die Herstellung eines solchen Leitrades kann gemäss dem auch Gegenstand der Er findung bildenden Verfahren in folgender Weise geschehen. Nachdem die beiden Ringe in eine zentrierende Vorrichtung eingebracht sind, werden die Schaufeln von innen nach aussen durch die in den Ringen vorgesehenen Schlitze gesteckt und mit Lappen, die an den Schaufelfüssen angebogen sind, an dem Innen ring, beispielsweise durch Nieten oder Schweissen (Punktschweissen), befestigt, wo bei zwecks Zentrierung des Innenringes die an ihrem Kopfende abgesetzten Schaufeln mit so viel Spiel eingesetzt werden, dass im betriebswarmen Zustand das Spiel zwischen dem Aussenring und den Schaufeln praktisch gleich Null ist.
Das Einsetzen und Befesti gen des Bodens in den Innenring erfolgt zweckmässig erst nach diesen Operationen.
In den Fig. 1 bis 4 ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge stellt. Zwischen dem Aussenring 1 und dem Innenring 2 sind in die hierin vorgesehenen Schlitze 3 die Schaufeln 4 eingesetzt, welche an ihrem Kopfende 5 entsprechend der schmä- leren Schlitzbreite abgesetzt sind. Das Spiel zwischen Absetzung und Aussenring ist so bemessen, dass die Schaufeln im betriebs warmen Zustand an der Innenseite des Aussenringes anliegen. An der Innenseite des Innenringes sind die abgebogenen Lappen der Schaufeln durch Punktschweissen be festigt, wie aus den Fig. 3 und 4 ersichtlich. Der in den Innenring eingesetzte Boden 6 dient zur Versteifung.

The manufacture of such a stator can be done in the following manner according to the method also forming the subject of the invention. After the two rings have been placed in a centering device, the blades are inserted from the inside to the outside through the slots provided in the rings and attached to the inner ring with flaps that are bent on the blade roots, for example by riveting or welding (spot welding) , attached, where for the purpose of centering the inner ring, the blades offset at their head end are used with so much play that the clearance between the outer ring and the blades is practically zero when the system is at operating temperature.
The insertion and fastening of the soil in the inner ring is expedient only after these operations.
