Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Diamant-Schleifscheiben.    Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung von Diamant-Schleif  scheiben, bei welchen eine Schleifmasse aus  Hornmehl, Bakelit, Karborundum und  Diamantkörnern verwendet wird. Die Masse  aus Hornmehl, Bakelit und Karborundum       kann    hauptsächlich als Bindemittel für die  eingelegten Diamantkörner dienen.  



  Kleine Schleifscheiben können ganz     aus     der vorgenannten Schleifmasse hergestellt  werden, also ohne     Verwendung    eines Trag  körpers.  



  Die zum Schleifen von sehr harten Werk  stücken, z. B. von Schneidwerkzeugen, her  gestellten Schleifscheiben besitzen zweck  mässig einen Tragkörper aus Metall, z. B.  aus Messing, Zink,     Aluminium,    Bronze oder  Eisen. Auf diesen Tragkörper wird die  Schleifmasse, welche sich aus Hornmehl, Ba  kelit, Karborundum und Diamantkörnern zu  sammensetzt,     zweckmässig    unter Hitze auf  gepresst.  



  Es hat sich     gezeigt,    dass die Mischung von  Hornmehl, Bakelit und Karborundum ein be-    sonders gutes Bindemittel für die in diese  Masse eingelegten Diamantkörner bildet.

  Small grinding wheels can be made entirely from the aforementioned grinding compound, so without the use of a support body.



  The pieces for grinding very hard work, z. B. of cutting tools, provided grinding wheels have expediently a support body made of metal, for. B. made of brass, zinc, aluminum, bronze or iron. The grinding compound, which is composed of horn meal, ba kelite, carborundum and diamond grains, is expediently pressed onto this support body with heat.



  It has been shown that the mixture of horn meal, Bakelite and carborundum forms a particularly good binding agent for the diamond grains inserted in this mass.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von Diamant- Schleifscheiben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schleifmasse aus Hornmehl, Bakelit, Karborundum und Diamantkörnern verwen det wird. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Masse aus Hornmehl, Bakelit und Karborundum als Bindemittel für die Diamantkörner verwen det wird. 2. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifmasse mit einem metallischen Tragkörper verbun den wird. 3.
