Zahnstocher mit Schutzhülle.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Zahnstocher mit Schützhülle. Es ist bekannt, einzelne Zahnstocher aus dünnen Holzplatten herauszustanzen und mit einem Aufdruck zu versehen. Es ist auch schon in verschiedenster Weise versucht worden solche Zahnstocher einzeln oder in Bündeln mit einer Schutzhülle zu versehen. Auf einen einzelnen Zahnstocher bezogen, kommen aber alle bis jetzt bekannten Produkte ziemlich teuer zu stehen und haben deshalb keine grosse Verbreitung gefunden.
Gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung wird mindestens eine aus einer dünnen Holzplatte gestanzte, zusammenhängende Zahnstocherreihe in einer faltbaren Hülle befestigt, derart, dass die Hülle in gefaltetem Zustand die Zahnstocher einschliesst.
Diese Hülle erlaubt die geschützte Aufbewahrung und somit das Mitführen derartiger Zahnstocher in der Tasche. Sie eignet sich in hervorragender Weise als Reklameartikel nach Art der allgemein bekannten Taschenzündhölzer.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, und zwar:
Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf eine Zahnstocherreihe mit ausgelegter Verpackungshülle,
Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht der Fig. 1 und
Fig. 3 eine Hülle mit Zahnstochern in geschlossenem Zustand.
In Fig. 1 und 2 ist mit 1 die Hülle aus gut faltbarem : karton bezeichnet. Auf dieser Hülle wird mindestens eine aus einer dünnen, das heisst 1 bis 3 mm starken Holzplatte herausgestanzte, zusammenhängende Zahnstocherreihe 2 aufgeklebt oder durch andere Mittel befestigt. Die Hülle 1 wird verschlossen, indem die beiden Seitenklappen 3 und 4, anschliessend der untere Hüllenteil 5 und zuletzt der obere Hüllenteil 6 über die Zahnstocherreihe 2 eingeklappt werden. Der obere Hüllenteil 6 kann ? wie dies beispielsweise in Fig. 3 dargestellt ist, in einen Schlitz 7 eingesteckt werden, damit die Hülle verschlossen bleibt.
Die Hülle kann beispielsweise auch aus Metall oder aus Runstharz hergestellt werden. Sie sind in solcher Ausführung dauerhafter als Hüllen aus Karton. Bei Anordnung einer federnden Klemmvorrichtung kann auf das Aufkleben der Zahnstocher verzichtet werden. Für solche Hüllen müssen die Zahnstocherreihen lose nachbezogen werden. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, nicht nur die Hüllen, sondern auch die Zahnstocherreihen mit einem Aufdruck zu versehen.
PATENTANSPRUOR:
Zahnstocher mit Schutzhülle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine aus einer dünnen Holzplatte gestanzte, zusammenhängende Zahnstocherreihe in einer faltbaren Hülle befestigt ist, derart, dass die Hülle in gefaltetem Zustand die Zahnstocher einschliesst.

1. Zahnstocher mit Schutzhülle nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle aus Karton hergestellt ist.
2. Zahnstocher mit Schutzhülle nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle aus Metall hergestellt ist.
3. Zahnstocher mit Schutzhülle nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle aus Kunstharz hergestellt ist.
4. Zahnstocher mit Schutzhülle nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Befestigung der Zahnstocherreihen in der Hülle eine federnde Klemmvorrichtung angeordnet ist.

Toothpick with protective cover.
The present invention relates to a toothpick with a protective cover. It is known to punch individual toothpicks out of thin wooden panels and to provide them with an imprint. Attempts have also been made in various ways to provide such toothpicks individually or in bundles with a protective cover. In relation to a single toothpick, however, all of the products known to date are quite expensive and have therefore not found widespread use.
According to the present invention, at least one contiguous row of toothpicks punched from a thin wooden plate is fastened in a foldable cover in such a way that the cover encloses the toothpicks in the folded state.
This cover allows the protected storage and thus the carrying of such toothpicks in the pocket. It is excellently suited as a promotional item in the manner of the well-known pocket matches.

In Fig. 1 and 2, 1 denotes the envelope made of easy to fold: cardboard. At least one contiguous row of toothpicks 2 punched out of a thin, that is to say 1 to 3 mm thick, wooden plate is glued onto this cover or fastened by other means. The cover 1 is closed by folding the two side flaps 3 and 4, then the lower cover part 5 and finally the upper cover part 6 over the row of toothpicks 2. The upper shell part 6 can? as shown for example in Fig. 3, are inserted into a slot 7 so that the envelope remains closed.
The shell can also be made of metal or synthetic resin, for example. In such a design they are more durable than cardboard sleeves. If a resilient clamping device is arranged, the toothpicks need not be glued on. For such cases, the rows of toothpicks must be relocated loosely. There is also the option of not only printing the covers, but also the rows of toothpicks.
