Movement with easily removable barrel. There are movements with easily removable barem barrel for three-quarter plate clocks are known in which the fixed Fe derliausachse penetrates the three-quarter plate and is screwed into the work plate. On this barrel axis, various approaches or adjustments are provided in the known designs of this type of watch, on the one hand to keep the barrel and on the other hand the ratchet wheel.
The subject of the invention is a clockwork with an easily removable barrel of the type indicated above, in which the barrel axis has a shoulder to determine the spring barrel position above the work plate. According to the invention, the ratchet wheel, which can be assembled with the spring core in a known manner, is held by the lower end of the barrel hub. An approach to the barrel base can also be used to indirectly hold this ratchet wheel in place. Compared to known constructions, this is a simplification.
The drawing shows the parts of an exemplary embodiment of the clockwork, designed according to the invention, with an easily removable barrel, which are necessary for understanding the invention.
1 is an axial section through the barrel and FIG. 2 is a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1.
In the exemplary embodiment, the barrel axis is denoted by 1. It is loosely inserted through the three-quarter plate 2 and screwed into the work plate 3. The barrel 4 is held by the paragraph 6 of the barrel axis and the ratchet 5 by the lower end of the barrel hub 10. The position of the barrel above the work plate is thus determined by paragraph 6. The approach 7, which is concentric to the axis on the inner part of the barrel bottom 8 and acts on the spring core 9 assembled with the ratchet wheel 5, has been used here for the indirect holding of the ratchet wheel. But this is not absolutely necessary.
After the position of the barrel is determined at the same time as that of the ratchet wheel, you can get by with your only paragraph on the Federhausa.chse.
It can be seen from the drawing that the removal of the barrel axis 1 allows the barrel to be removed together with the ratchet wheel without removing the three-quarter plate, because there is enough space between the latter and the work plate.
