Description
Bauklammer. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Bauklammer, welche sich dadurch aus- zeichnet, dass der Klammersteg profiliert ist, zum Zwecke, die Klammer im Gewicht leich ter zu halten und somit Material einzu sparen.
Die bis jetzt bekannten Bauklammern be stehen entweder aus Flach- oder aus Rund eisen. Diese Klammern haben den Nachteil eines zu schweren Gewichtes. Die Bauklam mer gemäss vorliegender Erfindung ist bei gleicher Stabilität wie die bis, jetzt bg'ebräuch- liehen Bauklammern nicht so schwer wie jene.
Durch Profilierung des Klammersteges wird es möglich, die Klammer mit der erfor derlichen Festigkeit aus relativ dünnem Ma terial herzustellen. .
Die Bruchgefahr an ,der Übergangsstelle von den Haken zum Klammersteg kann da durch herabgesetzt werden, dass der Über gang nicht scharfkantig, sondern in einem Bogen, mit einem innern Krümmungsradius, welcher mindestens der lbfaterialdicke ent spricht, ausgeführt wind.
Zweckmässigerweise wird das Stegprofil erst bei der Herstellung der Klammer aus einem Flacheisen herawsgepresst. Hierbei las sen sich auch die äussern Übergänge von Ein schlagschenkel zum Klammersteg profilieren, während die Spitzen der Einsohlagschenkel zweckmässig keine Profilierung erhalten, son dern zwecks besseren Haltes im Bauholz kantig ausgebildet werden.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstan des, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 die Bauklammer von der Seite ge sehen.
Fig. 2 bis 5 zeigen Querschnitte durch die Klammer gemäss den Linien A-B, C-D, von E-F und G-H der gig. 1.
Auf der Zeichnung ist a ein flacher Teil des Profils des Steges, b eine hochgepresste Profilrippe, welche einen halben Kreisring zum Querschnitt hat und sich über den gan zen Steg und die Übergangsstelle zu rden Ein- Schlaghaken erstreckt. c ist die Profilrippe beim Vbergang zur Einschlagspitze. An der Stelle, wo der Schnitt A-B geführt ist, be steht die Klammer aus flachem, kantigem Material ohne Profil.
Der innere Krüm- mungsradius der Umbiegung e an der Über gangsstelle vom Einschlagschenkel g zum Klammersteg entspricht mindestens der Ma terialdicke.

By profiling the clip web, it is possible to produce the clip with the necessary strength from relatively thin Ma material. .
The risk of breakage at the transition point from the hook to the clip bar can be reduced by the fact that the transition is not sharp-edged, but in an arc with an inner radius of curvature that corresponds at least to the thickness of the lbfaterialdicke.
The web profile is expediently only pressed out of a flat iron when the clamp is manufactured. Here, the outer transitions from the impact limb to the clip bar can be profiled, while the tips of the insole limbs expediently receive no profiling, but are edged for the purpose of better hold in the timber.

In the drawing, a is a flat part of the profile of the web, b is a pressed-up profile rib, which has half a circular ring to the cross-section and extends over the entire web and the transition point to the insertion hook. c is the profile rib at the transition to the point of impact. At the point where the section A-B is made, the clip is made of flat, angular material without a profile.
The inner radius of curvature of the bend e at the transition point from the impact leg g to the clamp web corresponds at least to the material thickness.
