Description
In manchen Fällen, z.
Stand for instruments. The invention relates to a Aufstellvorrichtun.g for instruments, in particular for geophysical or geodetic instruments such as rotary balances, gravimeters or other measuring devices. As a rule, it is necessary to align such instruments exactly vertically in order to eliminate tilt errors.
Such an alignment often presents considerable difficulties and requires time-consuming and costly preparatory work if the instrument is to be set up in unplaned terrain11. It is not always possible to set up the instruments on a three-legged tripod, which would allow a relatively comfortable alignment. Many instruments have a columnar basic shape or a columnar instrument base, so that their overall height does not allow a three-legged stand to be used. In some cases, e.g.
For example, when working underground, the use of a tripod is difficult or even impossible for spatial reasons. According to the invention, these difficulties can be eliminated by providing a support body to be arranged at the installation site with a cambered support surface on which the instrument base, preferably with a hollow spherical surface, rests without any special fastening. Through this he can be reached
that the instrument can be safely set up and aligned vertically even on uneven and non-horizontal terrain without any special preparatory work.
Two exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the accompanying drawing.
According to Fig. 1 is a site on the ground to. legend support body 1 with a dome-shaped wing 2 see ver. The base 3 of a static heavy knife 4 with a hollow spherical ring surface 5 rests on this support surface 2. Even if z. B. in sloping terrain the support body 1 is not horizontal, it is easily possible to align the gravity knife vertically by means of the dragonflies ö and 7, since the base; 3 can slide with the surface 5 on the spherical wing 2.
The friction between the surfaces 5 and 2 is so great as a result of the dead weight of the entire instrument that even without special fastening of the base 3 the stability is sufficient for the operation of the instrument in any position of the support body. You can of course also matt the ring curses 5 provide a price point support for the base 3.
The. The embodiment shown in Fig. 2 relates to a device particularly suitable for Markscheidera.rbeiten Rufstell. So far, a flat set-up table has been used for such purposes, which was screwed into the tunnel wall or cladding from the side with a wood or stone screw. Aligning the instrument on such a table was very time-consuming and cumbersome.
In the exemplary embodiment according to the invention, a hollow ball 10, which serves as a support surface for the instrument 11, is attached to a wall-arm-like screw 8 which is screwed into the cladding 9. The foot 12 of the instrument is designed as a ring which has a spherical bearing surface.
In the case of relatively light instruments, by dimensioning the bearing surface accordingly, you can achieve that the friction between the ball. 10 and ring 12 are sufficiently large to be able to operate the instrument without endangering the safety of the installation.
