Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserlöslichen Azofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpa tentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserlöslichen Azofarbstoffes, welches da durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die Diazo- verbindung von 1-Amino-3-sulfonsäuredime- thylamid-benzol-6-sulfonsäure mit 1-(2'-Chlor- 6'- methyl-4'-sulfophenyl)- 3 -inethyl-5-pyrazo- lon kuppelt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Die aus 280 Gewichtsteilen 1-Amino-3- sulfonsäuredimethylamid-benzol-6-sulfonsäure erhaltene Diazosuspension wird mit einer lackmusneutralen Lösung von 301,5 Gewichts teilen 1-(2'-Chlor-6'-methyl-4'-sulfophenyl)-3- methyl-5-pyrazolon in Gegenwart von Na triumacetat gekuppelt. Nach beendeter Kupp lung wird der Farbstoff abgesaugt und ge trocknet. Er stellt ein gelbes, in Wasser lösliches Pulver dar, das grünstichiggelbe Färbungen von guter Licht-, Wasser- und Waschecht heit auf Wolle ergibt.

The subject of the present additional patent is a process for the production of a water-soluble azo dye, which is characterized in that the diazo compound of 1-amino-3-sulfonic acid dimethylamide-benzene-6-sulfonic acid with 1- (2'-chlorine - 6'-methyl-4'-sulfophenyl) -3-ynethyl-5-pyrazolone couples.
<I> Example: </I> The diazo suspension obtained from 280 parts by weight of 1-amino-3-sulfonic acid dimethylamide-benzene-6-sulfonic acid is mixed with a litmus-neutral solution of 301.5 parts by weight of 1- (2'-chloro-6'- methyl-4'-sulfophenyl) -3-methyl-5-pyrazolone coupled in the presence of sodium acetate. After coupling is complete, the dye is suctioned off and dried. It is a yellow, water-soluble powder that produces greenish-yellow dyeings of good light, water and washfastness on wool.
