Fig. 1 ist ein Vertikalschnitt durch eine Radio-Erd- und Antenneanschlussdose, die mit einer ersten Ausführungsform der Klemmeinrichtung versehen ist;
Earth and antenna socket for radio sets. The previously known ground and antenna connection boxes for radios, where it is known to be the attachment of thin wires, often have the disadvantage that when setting a thin wire by means of a clamp on the associated pad, the wire is slightly to the side of the latter slips off or is pinched off and the connection of the wire can therefore only be carried out with repeated and careful efforts.
The present invention aims to remedy this disadvantage. It concerns an earth and antenna connection socket for radio sets with at least one web serving as a wire support and at least one wire compression clamp that interacts with it, and is characterized by the fact that of the last two parts mentioned, one with a flat clamping surface is flanged with lateral safety flanges is provided that overlap the other part so close to the edges running parallel to the clamped parts of the wire or wires to be fastened that lateral slipping of the wire or wires to be fastened from the web is prevented under all circumstances.
In the accompanying drawing, parts of two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are illustrated.
Fig. 1 is a vertical section through a radio grounding and antenna junction box provided with a first embodiment of the clamping device;
Fig. 2 is a single perspective view of this embodiment; FIG. 3 is a longitudinal section through the same on a larger scale, and FIG. 4 is a cross section through a second embodiment of the clamping device.
The radio ground and antenna connection box according to FIG. 1 has a base plate a made of insulating material, on which a stop plate b is mounted. The base plate a also carries, on its side facing the stop plate b, a centrally arranged contact pin c and this and on the other side of it each a clamping device d, na, 7n ', which is shown in Fig. 2 in perspective Looks out.
A double contact designed as a plug-in contact is plugged onto the contact pin e, which belongs to a shielded antenna derivation line f and through the intermediary of an outer and an inner contact sleeve, the electrical connection of the shielding jacket g on the one hand and the wire h of the antenna derivation on the other and with the other of the two clamping devices d, na, m, '.
The stop plate b is covered by a cover plate i and fastened to the stop plate b by means of a sleeve nut k in the manner shown in FIG.
As FIG. 2 shows, the two clamping devices d, m., NZ 'each have a web d designed as an attachment bracket, the middle part dl of which acts as a contact bar and has a flat clamping surface as the wire support surface, on which two clamps designed as riders and can be fixed by means of one screw each are in angeord net.
These two clamps in - there could also be only one or more than two clamps - are also designed in the shape of a bow; they have a central part with a flat clamping surface and two legs that extend laterally over the contact bar d 'of the web d. These legs form lateral safety flanges which are so close to the edges of the contact bar d 'running parallel to the clamped parts of the wire or wires to be fastened that the lateral slipping of a thin wire n to be fastened on the clamping device prevents under all circumstances. is.
While in the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the lateral safety flanges are provided on the terminals m, they are provided in the embodiment according to FIG. The clamps o, which in turn can be fixed by means of a screw -na =, are designed here as rectangular plates that lie between the side flanges of the U-shaped contact bar d2. The clamping surfaces of both parts of the device are flat.
In order to be able to easily and comfortably accomplish in the embodiment according to FIG. 2 the pushing of the zii fasten the wire @a from one end face of the web d ago under the corresponding terminal rya, it is advantageous to use the edge of the middle part facing this web face of the terminal nz, slightly rounded, as shown in FIG.
This rounding is unnecessary if the clamps are moved further outward against the support legs d "of the web and the transition points between the support legs d" and the central part d 'of the web d are rounded, as shown in FIG. The same purpose can in turn be achieved in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4 by the fact that one of the two transverse edges of the clamps are rounded off if necessary.
