Vorrichtung zum Abbinden von mit Blutgefässen durchzogenen Gliedern.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Abbinden von mit Blutgefässen durchzogenen Gliedern, die sich kennzeichnet durch ein Schliess-und Spannorgan, an dem das eine Ende eines Bandes befestigt ist, das unter Bildung einer Schlinge mit einer von Hand drehbaren, mit Selbsthemmwerk versehenen Aufrollwalze lose ver bunden ist, das Ganze derart, dass, nachdem die Schlinge um das abzubindende Glied gelegt worden ist, dieselbe durch Drehen der Aufrollwalze gefühlsmässig bis zum endgül- tigen Abbinden des Gliedes verkleinert werden kann.
Zweckmässig ist die Aufrollwalze mit einem Schlitz versehen, durch den nach Bildung der Schlinge das Band gezogen wird, um dasselbe bis zu seinem Anliegen an das abzubindende Glied vorzuspannen :
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstan- des veranschaulicht.

In der Zeichnung ist 1 ein teilweiser gezeichneter menschlicher Arm, der mittels einer aus einem Schliess-und Spannorgan 2 und einem Band 3 bestehenden Abbinde- vorrichtung unterbunden ist. Das Schliess- und Spannorgan 2 dieser Abbindevorrichtung weist zwei Seitenwangen 4 und 5 auf, von denen die eine, 4, gehäuseartig ausgebildet ist und die durch einen Verbin- dungssteg 6 und zwei, je eine drehbare Rolle aufweisende Distanzbolzen 7 und 8 fest miteinander verbunden sind. Zwischen den Seitenwangen 4 und 5 ist eine mit einem durchgehenden Längsschlitz versehene Aufrollwalze 9, drehbar gelagert.
Das eine Ende der Walze 9 ist mit dem Schnecken- rad eines in der Wange 4 untergebrachten Schneckengetriebes 10 fest verbunden, das seinen Antrieb von einem Drehknopf 11 erhält, welcher auf der dem Getriebe 10 zugeordneten Schneckenwelle befestigt ist. Das aus einem gummierten Gewebe bestehende Band 3 ist mit dem einen Ende am Bolzen 7 befestigt, während das andere Ende nach Umschlingung des abzubindenden Gliedes zwischen dem Verbindungssteg 6 und dem Bolzen 8 und durch den Schlitz der Aufrollwalze 9 hindurch gezogen wird, bis die vom Band 3 gebildete Schlinge am Arm 1 anliegt. Nun wird der Knopf 11 gedreht, so dal3 sich die Aufrollwalze 9 in der in Fig. 2 mit Pfeil angedeuteten Richtung dreht, wobei das Band 3 auf der Walze 9 aufgerollt wird.
Nach einer Umdrehung überlagern sich die Windungen des aufgerollten Bandes 3, wodurch ein sicherer Reibungsschluss gebildet wird, der ein Nachrutschen verunmoglieht.
Die Schlinge kann nun durch Welterdrehen des Knopfes 11 allmählich bis zu einer vollständigen Abbindung der das Glied durchziehenden Blutgefässe verengert werden.
Durch die grosse Übersetzung des Getrie- bes wird ein gefühlsmässiges Anzieheu des Bandes ermöglicht. Ferner wird Dank der Selbsthemmung des Schneckengetriebes die Walze, bei noch so starkem Anziehen der Schlinge, an einem Rücklaufen verhindert.

In the drawing, 1 is a partially drawn human arm which is tied off by means of a binding device consisting of a closing and tensioning element 2 and a band 3. The closing and tensioning element 2 of this binding device has two side cheeks 4 and 5, one of which, 4, is designed like a housing and which are firmly connected to one another by a connecting web 6 and two spacer bolts 7 and 8 each having a rotatable roller . Between the side walls 4 and 5, a roll-up roller 9 provided with a continuous longitudinal slot is rotatably mounted.
One end of the roller 9 is firmly connected to the worm wheel of a worm gear 10 which is accommodated in the cheek 4 and which receives its drive from a rotary knob 11 which is attached to the worm shaft assigned to the gear 10. The band 3, which consists of a rubberized fabric, is fastened at one end to the bolt 7, while the other end, after wrapping around the link to be tied between the connecting web 6 and the bolt 8 and through the slot of the roll-up roller 9, is pulled through until it is pulled by the band 3 formed loop on arm 1 rests. The button 11 is now turned so that the reeling roller 9 rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. 2, the tape 3 being rolled up on the roller 9.
After one revolution, the turns of the rolled-up tape 3 overlap, creating a secure frictional connection that prevents it from slipping.
The loop can now be gradually tightened by turning the button 11 around the world until the blood vessels passing through the limb are completely tied.
The large transmission ratio of the gear enables an emotional tightening of the strap. Furthermore, thanks to the self-locking of the worm gear, the roller is prevented from running back, no matter how strong the loop is.
