Description

  

  Vorrichtung zum Anschliessen und Befestigen von elektrischen Kabeln, insbesondere  von Hochspannungskabeln.    Die Erfindung hat eine Vorrichtung zum  Anschliessen und Befestigen von elektrischen  Kabeln, insbesondere von Hochspannungs  kabeln mit einer zylindrischen     Öffnung    und  einer zentral darin angeordneten     Anschluss-          elektrode    zum Gegenstand. Bei derartigen  Kabelverbindungen ist es von Wichtigkeit,  dass ein guter elektrischer Kontakt gewähr  leistet und dass das Kabel so befestigt ist,  dass es auch auf Zug beansprucht werden  kann.  



  Gemäss der Erfindung wird dies durch  ein Gewinde in der     Öffnung    erreicht, welches  sich beim Einführen des Kabels in die Ka  belisolation eingräbt und durch ein Gewinde  auf der Elektrode, welches beim Einführen  des Kabels in die Kabelseele eingeschraubt  wird. Infolge des in die Kabelisolation ein  geschraubten Gewindes kann die Verbindung  einen Zug am Kabel     aufnehmen    und durch  die in die Kabelseele     eingeschraubte    An-         schlusselektrode    ist ein guter elektrischer  Kontakt hergestellt.  



  In der Abbildung ist als Ausführungs  beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes ein Zünd  kerzenstecker mit eingeschraubtem Zünd  kerzenanschlusskabel im Schnitt dargestellt.  Der Stecker besteht aus einem Gehäuseteil       a    aus     Isolierstoff,    z. B. aus Bakelit, in wel  chen ein Steckkontakt b, vorzugsweise aus  Messing, eingelassen ist, der auf eine Zünd  kerze aufgesteckt werden kann. Der Steck  kontakt b bildet in der Öffnung     c    des Ge  häuseteils     a    eine Schraube<I>d</I> mit Holzschrau  bengewinde, welche die     Anseblusselektrode     für ein     Zündkerzenanschlusskabel    e darstellt.

    Beim Einführen des Kabels e in die mit  einem     Kordelgewinde    f versehene     Öffnung    c  durch Verdrehen des Kabels e gräbt sich das       Kordelgewinde    f in die Isolation des Kabels  e und das Holzschraubengewinde der An  schlusselektrode d in die' Kabelseele e' des      Kabels e ein. Damit der Vorschub des Ka  bels e in der     Öffnung    c gleich dem Vor  schub der Schraube d in der Kabelseele e'  ist, haben das     Nordelgewinde    f in der     Öff-          nung    c und das     Holzschraubengewinde    der  Schraube d zweckmässig     dieselbe    Steigung.  



  Ein auf diese     Weise    hergestellter Kabel  anschluss ist in hohem Masse zugsicher und  stellt gleichzeitig eine elektrisch gutleitende  Verbindung her.

  In the figure, a spark plug connector with a screwed-in spark plug connection cable is shown in section as an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. The plug consists of a housing part a made of insulating material, for. B. Bakelite, in wel chen a plug contact b, preferably made of brass, is let in, which can be plugged onto a spark plug.
