Switching device for automatic compressor systems, in particular for compression cooling systems. In fully automatic compressor systems and especially in Kompressionskühlan facilities are required that automatically carry out the operating operations that are otherwise manually operated in non-automatic systems. We are thinking of the self-acting shut-off or throttling devices for the gaseous or liquid compressor medium or for auxiliary materials, e.g.
B. to the automatically acting cooling water valves, or to automatically working circulation valves between tween the pressure and the suction side to make it easier to start the compressor, etc., all of which when starting, respectively. have to come into operation when turning off the compressor.
These organs were previously either operated by the compression medium itself, or they were designed as solenoid valves or motor-driven valves. However, all of these organs have the disadvantage that the operation process takes place immediately when the compressor is started, and the valves, for example, are already fully open or are closed before the compressor has even reached normal speed. This has resulted in inconvenience in that the immediate opening of the shut-off valves, e.g.
B. for the liquid cooling medium, in cooling systems to overfill the evaporator fer and therefore for wet work the Verdich ter has given cause. These disadvantages were less present in non-automatic systems, as the various operations were usually carried out one after the other by one man in a very specific order, with different minutes elapsing until a certain tap was opened after the compressor started up .
To remedy this inconvenience, the suggestion was made by other parties to install so-called delay relays in the system, which, with the help of a timer or an electrically heated bimetal rod, create an adjustable delay in switching on, ie. H. Open resp. Realize the closure of these organs, so that the opening respectively. Closing of the valve or valves can only take place after a certain adjustable time, measured from the moment the compressor is started up. These delay relays complicate the system and make it much more expensive.
The invention relates to a switching device for starting and stopping automatic compressor systems, especially compression cooling systems, which has at least one switching element that is actuated by a pressure fluid supplied by a liquid pump, which is driven by the compressor and consists in that at least one Organ moved by Druckflüs fluid is provided, wel Ches has a dead stroke, for the purpose of a closing element only after a certain time calculated from the start of the compressor, d. b. with delay to open or close. Fenn several switching elements are seen before.
so each switching member can have its own moving by hydraulic fluid Or gan, or all switching organs can be operated by a common, fluid by pressure moved organ. The hydraulic fluid can be taken from a reservoir located outside the compressor and under atmospheric pressure or, if the compressor consists of a piston compressor, from the crankcase of the compressor, which is under the pressure prevailing in the suction port of the compressor.
The ratio of the stroke volume of the organs moved by hydraulic fluid to the secondary delivery volume of the fluid pump can be within the limits of 120 to 1/600 and the pressure of the fluid pump can be between the limits of 2 to 500 kg / cm '.
In the drawing, Ausführungsbei are games of the subject invention and a variant. FIGS. 1 to 3 each show an example and FIG. 4 shows the variant.
The liquid pump 4 (Fig. 1) comes because. it is either directly coupled to the compressor shaft or is all driven by a chain wheel, belt or the like, while it is in operation or at a standstill. It therefore begins with the liquid delivery immediately when the compressor is started and ends when it comes to a standstill. The hriiel @ liquid, z.
B. oil is drawn from the reservoir 1 through the filter 2 and through the suction line 3, then pushed through the pressure line 5 into the manifold collector 6, full where they can flow through connecting channels 7 under the working piston 9 used in the working cylinders 8. These working pistons 9 move up after the liquid pressure has overcome the spring preload caused by a spring 11 each in all valves I, 11 and III.
The piston 9, which is assigned to the valve I, moves until the lifting pin 10 of the valve I b # ,, - is stirred, and overcomes. thus initially the dead stroke H. This bolt temporarily prevents the further movement of the piston 9, as this is loaded by the prevailing in the valve housing 12 and on the membrane 14 we kenden refrigerant pressure, which is usually above atmospheric pressure, naeli downwards.
This working piston 9 remains so while the others are raised by the continuous flow of liquid wei ter, until due to the increasing spring tension over these two other pistons 9, the liquid pressure has risen so far that it is on the piston 9 of the valve I respectively . is able to overcome the load acting on its lifting bolt 10 and the working piston 9 of the valve I now also moves further upwards again.
Each of the three switching organs consists of a working cylinder 8 and a working piston 9 and each switching organ has its own, formed by the piston 9, be moved by the hydraulic fluid.
The valve 1 has to. Example the task of the circulation valve. As soon as the lifting bolt 40 of the valve I and thus the membrane 14 is lifted by the liquid pressure increasing under the valve piston 9, the valve body 13 of the valve I is pushed upwards and comes to an end with the valve housing 12. The free passage between the pressure and the suction side of the compressor is blocked, the compressor begins with the ord-appropriate promotion.
At the end of this circulation valve, the stroke of its working piston 9 is ended. The oil pressure under this piston will increase even further, so that a strong pressure of the valve body 13 arises on the valve housing 12, which causes an absolutely secure and tight seal.
Despite the now stationary piston 9 of the circulation valve, the two other pistons 9 move respectively due to the pressure fluid that has to flow anew. the ge increased liquid pressure further up until the piston 9 of the valve IH has overcome the dead stroke H and in. Be contact comes with the lifting pin 10 and the same game, as described above, as repeated. The valve III is intended here as a cooling water valve for the condenser, which should open a short time after the closing of the flow valve I.
The valve II represents a closing element for the liquid cold medium, which in turn should open some time after the gühlwasserventil.
While the stroke of the piston 9 is limited by the valve seat itself in the circulation valve I, the piston strokes are limited by stops in the cooling water valve and the shut-off device of the liquid refrigeration medium, because, in contrast to valve I, these two shut-off devices have to open during operation.
The hydraulic fluid distribution collector 6 is connected to the return line 20 and the reservoir 1 by a fine Na.delregulierventil 17. This needle valve 17 is set in such a way that it constantly allows some pressure fluid to flow out to the reservoir, and the higher the fluid pressure in the distribution collector 6 and thus under the working piston 9, the greater the flow. Ultimately, at a certain pressure ratio, it will be so large that the discharge will be equal to the delivery volume of the pump.
The prevailing liquid pressure under the working piston 9 must be sufficient to open the valve body 13 connected thereto with certainty. keep closed. Instead of the adjustable needle valve 17, a throttle disc (orifice) or some other throttle element can also be used. The clearance between the working piston 9 and the working cylinder 8 can also be selected so that there is constant circulation and a standstill. The pressure fluid can be emptied through this annular gap. A special throttle device can thus be saved.
For safety reasons, a safety valve 18 is also provided, which blows off the hydraulic fluid after the return line 20 and thus after the reservoir 1 when a maximum fluid pressure is exceeded. A manometer 19 is also installed, which enables constant control of the fluid pressure.
A certain leakage of pressure fluid will occur between the working piston 9 and the housings 8 during operation. These lost liquids are returned to the reservoir 1 through the lines 21 and the line 20, so that in the space above the working piston 9, i. H. under the membrane 14, the pressure prevailing above the liquid level of the reservoir 1 is always ascertained.
When the compressor is switched off, the liquid pump 4, which is coupled directly to it or which is driven indirectly by it, comes to a standstill. The hydraulic fluid delivery therefore stops immediately. Since, however, the throttle member 17 remains open, the liquid will slowly soften from the system and drain through the line 20 into the reservoir 1. This pushing out of the hydraulic fluid is promoted by the strong springs 11, which push the working piston ben 9 with strong force downwards.
Since the working stroke of the valves 13 described is very small, this working cycle will take place very quickly and the valves will assume their rest position in the shortest possible time after the compressor has come to a standstill. The working pistons 9 then, as a result of their loading by the springs 11, still cover the dead stroke H until they rest on the bottom of the housing 8.
With the device described above, a delayed actuation of the valves I. 11 and 111 during start-up and an almost immediate actuation of the same when the compressor is at a standstill is achieved, which is of great advantage for the proper operation of fully automatic refrigeration systems .
The delay times intended with the described device according to FIG. 1 are primarily a function of the secondary pump delivery volume and the total stroke volume of all the working piston 9 to be acted upon by the pump, as well as the throttle loss generated by the throttle body 17.
If, for example, V1 means the pump delivery volume in I 'the total stroke volume of the working pistons in cm' and T '.. the throttle losses in cm' / sec., Then the delay to be achieved is:
EMI0004.0020
The fixed ratio # for one embodiment is equal to the smallest achievable delay period. By changing the throttle loss V; z, this delay period can then be extended as required until it would be infinite, for example at T7 # = V1.
The graduations of the delay time tension of the various organs acted upon by the same fluid pump by means of pressure fluid are determined by a suitable number of the lifting bolt lengths, i.e. H. of the dead strokes H. The larger this dead stroke is selected, the later the relevant closing element is actuated. Shifting the operating moments of the individual closing organs can also be achieved by installing springs 11 of different strengths.
Furthermore, the in the valve buildings 12, i. H. on the diaphragms 14 and the movement of the lifting bolts 10 counteracting system pressure nor the delay times of the individual valves. This last circumstance can, however, be partly eliminated by the fact that the reservoir 1 is closed and the pressure prevailing over the pump fluid in the reservoir 1 is equal to that in the valve housings 12 and 12. equal to the system pressure observed in the largest number of installed valves.
As a result, pressure equalization is achieved on both sides of the membrane 14 in these valves. In the case of valves with finitely lower system pressure in the housing 12, compensation can be achieved by selecting the springs 16 accordingly.
Another embodiment of the present invention, in which the pressure prevailing in the valve housings 12 has no influence on the delay time, is shown in FIG. 2. Instead of each valve 11 and 111, a separate working cylinder 8 with working piston 9 is to be provided a single, all valves common working cylinder 8 with piston 9 installed. The hub pin 10 is firmly connected to the working piston 9, which forms the organ moved by pressure fluid here, and carries a sliding switching element 27 for each valve, which respectively lifts the associated valve body 13 in the appro priate moment. lowers, thereby opening or closing the valves.
By appropriately training the switching elements 27 and setting the same by means of the adjusting nuts 28, exactly the desired order of operations and delay can be achieved. The aforementioned dead stroke of the organ 9 corresponds here to the stroke that the working piston 9 must perform until the individual switching elements 27 come into contact with the valve spindles of the valves 13. The valves I, II and III in FIG. 2 have, for example, the same task as the valves I, 1I and III in FIG.
When the machine is switched off, the piston 9 is moved by the spring 11 to the side of the hydraulic fluid inlet 7. When the machine is at a standstill, valve I is open, while valves II and III are closed. Here the switching elements are 2'l by a. gA- common organ 9 actuated by pressure fluid is moved.
As mentioned earlier, the main thing is the delay time, i. H. apart from a throttle loss P3 ', a function of the fixed ratio for each system: For all practical cases, the total delay within the limit of 20 seconds to 10 minutes will be completely sufficient, so that the practical ratio v1 is between the values 1/20 to l / 600 moved. The liquid pump is expediently designed for pressures between the limits of 2 to 500 kg / cm '.
FIG. 3 shows an example of the subject of the invention, designed essentially according to FIG. 1, in connection with a refrigeration system. There are a total of four control valves I, 11, 111, IV drawn in here, with valve I serving as a circulation valve for easier start-up of the compressor. Valve II represents the cooling water valve that opens respectively when the compressor starts up the water supply to the condensator 22. this closes again after the compressor has come to a standstill.
The valves III and IV are shut-off devices for the liquid cooling medium, namely valve III controls the auxiliary injection into the intermediate pressure vessel 24 to cool the gases behind the first Verdiclhterstufe, and valve IV controls the supply of the liquid to the line, the leads to the evaporator 23, which still has a floating valve 25 as the actual regulating element.
In FIG. 3, as in FIG. 1, the oil reservoir 1 is also arranged outside the compressor. This reservoir and thus also the return line 20, and also the chambers below the membranes 14, are thus located

The oil reservoir 1 can also, as. In Fig. 4, for example, is provided, in the crankcase of the Ver = poet relocated, whereby the whole system is at standstill under the pressure prevailing in the crankcase. During operation, the cure housing is under the pressure prevailing in the suction port of the compressor.
As a rule, the compressors are already equipped with separate external or internal pumps to supply the moving parts with lubricant. These pumps can, provided they have the necessary liquid pressure, easily used for - Be sent the aforementioned device by z. B. the connection directly to the existing pressure line he follows. If this pump consists of individual elements, each of which is used to feed a lubrication point, a further element for charging the device explained is expediently connected.
Instead of the piston pump shown in Fig. 1, a gear pump or any other device suitable for pumping liquid and pressure generation can of course also be used. Instead of the valves, other closing organs, such as slides, and instead of the working piston, other working organs, such as Mem branes, can be used.
This significantly increases the operational safety of an automatic compressor system.
