Verschlnssvorriehtnng für Gefässe. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Gefässversehlusstvorrichtung, die mit einem ,die Gefässmündung abzudichten bestimmten, kappenförmigen Abschlussteil, dessen Mantel achsial .gerichtete federnde Zungen aufweist,
und mit einem Zungenumschlussring versehen ist, wobei Teile des Ringes mit Bezug auf die übrigen Teile nach innen vorragen, so dass erstere bei Verstellung,des Ringes zwecks Festspannens der lose auf das Gefäss aufge brachten Versahlussvorrichtung die Zungen gegen Idas Gefäss anpressen, das Ganze so,
dass die mittels des Ringes am Gefäss fest- gei-egte Verschlussvorrichtung ohne Verwen dung von mechanischen Hilfsmitteln von der Gefässmündung abgehoben werden kann.
Nach der Erfindung wird die Verschluss- vorrichtung im montierten Zustand :dadurch vor Verlust bewahrt, dass der zur Ii"estklem- mung der Versehlussvorrichtung an der Ge- fässmündung dienende Umschlussring, ohne die Abhebbarkeit der Verschlussvorrichtung von der Gefässmündung zu behindern,
un verlierbar mit,dem Gefäss beweglich verbun- den ist. Zweckmässig ist er hierzu mit einem Arm, der von. einem das Gefäss umschliessen,- ,den Ring getragen wird, verbunden, wobei der Arm entweder unlösbar oder lösbar mit dem Ring verbunden sein kann.
Die Verbin- dung ist hierbei vorteilhaft so ausgebildet, dass die Verschlussvorrichtung entweder mit oder ohne den genannten Arm von dem Be- f estlgungsring abgenommen werden kann,
wie auch der Umschlussring oder der Arm gleichzeitig das Schliessglied für den Be- festigungsring bilden kann.
Die Erfindung ist nachstehend an Hand der in der Zeichnung dargestellten vier Aus- führungsbeispiele, die Flasohenverschlüsse betreffen, erläutert.
Die Flaschenverschlussvorrichtung besteht bei allen Ausführungsbeispielen aus der Ver- schlusskappe 1 mit am Mantel derselben vor gesehenen, achsial gerichteten Federzungen 2 und einem Zungenumseblussring 3, :
der beim Verdrehen ,gegenüber .der Kappe zwecks Fest- spannencs des Verschlusses mit seinen unrun- den Anzugsflächen 5 die Zungen 2 gegen :den Flaschenhals 4 presst. Die Flächen 5 sind an Teilen des Ringes 3 vorhanden, die gegenüber den übrigen Teilen des Ringes nach innen vorragen.
Bei Verdrehung in entgegengesetz ter Richtung werden die Zungen gelöst, und die Versehlussvorriclitung kann ohne Zu hilfenahme irgend eines Hilfsmittels von der Flaschenmündung abgehoben werden.
Um den Verlust der Versehlussvorrichtung 1, 3 zu verhüten, ist erfindungsgemäss bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 1 um .den Flaschen- hals 4 ein Gummiring 6 herumgelegt-, der mit einer Zunge 7 eine Aussparung R des Klemm ringes 3 durchsetzt. Die Verbreiterung 9 der Zunge hält den Umsehlussring an .dein Gummi ring.
Durch ,die Verwendung des Gummi ringes 6 mit Zunge i kann die Verschluss- v orrichtung ohne Erschwerung der Hand habung gelöst und von der Gefässmündung abgehoben (abgeschwenkt) werden, bleibt aber mit dem Flaschenhals verbunden.
Bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 2 ist um den Flaschenhals 4 ein Metallring 10 mit ()se 11 gelegt. Der Klemmring trägt einen Haken 12, der in die Öse 11 und in eine Öse des Ringes 3 eingehängt ist.
Bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 3 ist der Metallring durch einen offenen Drahtring 13 gebildet, der an beiden Enden mit eine Doppelöse bildenden Ösen zur Aufnahme des Hakens 12 versehen ist. Hier bildet der Haken 12 gleichzeitig das Schliessglied für den Ring 1..3. Das untere umgebogene Ende des Hakens 12 kann etwas offen sein, so dass zum Reinigen der Flasche die Verschlu.ss- vorrichtung 1, 3 samt Haken 12 und @ge- gebenenfalls der Drahtring 13 abgenommen werden kann.
Fig. 4 zeigt als Sicherung der 'Verschhiss- vorrichtung 1, 3 einen offenen Drahtbügel 14 mit einander parallelen, naeli oben abge winkelten Schenkeln 15, deren Enden 16 nach innen hakenförmig abgebogen sind. Der Um sehlussring 3 ist mit einem Schlitz 17 in die Haken 16 eingehängt. Auch hier kann zum Reinigen der Flasche die Verschlussvorrich- tung samt Bügel 14 völlig abgenommen wer- den. Der Drahtbügel 11 ist als Vieleck aus gebildet und in sieh federnd gehalten.
Bei allen drei Beispielen nach Fig. 2 bis 4 ist die Verbindung zwischen dem Umschluss- ring 3 und dem Befestigungsteil 10 bezw. 13 bezw. 14, 15 derart beweglich, dass die Ver- selilussvorrichtung :t, 3 ahne jegliche Behin derung von der Flaschenmündung abgehoben werden kann.
Closure device for vessels. The present invention relates to a vessel closure device which, with a cap-shaped closure part intended to seal the vessel mouth, the jacket of which has axially directed resilient tongues,
and is provided with a tongue encircling ring, with parts of the ring protruding inwards with respect to the other parts, so that the former press the tongues against Ida's vessel when adjusting the ring for the purpose of tightening the locking device loosely attached to the vessel,
that the closure device fixed to the vessel by means of the ring can be lifted off the vessel mouth without the use of mechanical aids.
According to the invention, the closure device in the assembled state is: prevented from being lost by the fact that the encircling ring serving to clamp the closure device at the vessel mouth without hindering the ability to lift the closure device from the vessel mouth,
cannot be lost with, the vessel is movably connected. It is useful for this purpose with one arm that of. one enclosing the vessel -, the ring is worn, connected, the arm being either permanently or releasably connected to the ring.
The connection is advantageously designed in such a way that the locking device can be removed from the fastening ring either with or without the aforementioned arm,
just as the surrounding ring or the arm can simultaneously form the closing element for the fastening ring.
The invention is explained below using the four exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing, which relate to bottle closures.
In all exemplary embodiments, the bottle closure device consists of the closure cap 1 with axially directed spring tongues 2, which are provided on the jacket thereof, and a tongue closure ring 3,:
which when twisted opposite the cap for the purpose of tightening the closure presses the tongues 2 against the bottle neck 4 with its non-circular tightening surfaces 5. The surfaces 5 are present on parts of the ring 3 which protrude inwardly from the other parts of the ring.
When turned in the opposite direction, the tongues are released and the locking device can be lifted off the bottle mouth without the aid of any auxiliary means.
In order to prevent the loss of the sealing device 1, 3, according to the invention, in the embodiment according to FIG. 1, a rubber ring 6 is placed around the bottle neck 4, and a tongue 7 penetrates a recess R of the clamping ring 3. The widening 9 of the tongue holds the Umsehlussring on .dein rubber ring.
By using the rubber ring 6 with tongue i, the closure device can be released and lifted (swiveled away) from the mouth of the vessel without making handling difficult, but remains connected to the bottle neck.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, a metal ring 10 with () se 11 is placed around the bottle neck 4. The clamping ring carries a hook 12 which is hooked into the eyelet 11 and into an eyelet of the ring 3.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the metal ring is formed by an open wire ring 13 which is provided at both ends with eyelets which form double eyelets for receiving the hook 12. Here the hook 12 simultaneously forms the closing element for the ring 1..3. The lower bent end of the hook 12 can be somewhat open so that the closure device 1, 3 together with the hook 12 and, if necessary, the wire ring 13 can be removed to clean the bottle.
4 shows an open wire bracket 14 with parallel legs 15 which are angled at the top and the ends 16 of which are bent inwards in the shape of a hook as a safeguard for the welding device 1, 3. The order sehlussring 3 is hung with a slot 17 in the hook 16. Here, too, the closure device including bracket 14 can be completely removed to clean the bottle. The wire bracket 11 is formed as a polygon and held resiliently in see.
In all three examples according to FIGS. 2 to 4, the connection between the surrounding ring 3 and the fastening part 10 or 13 resp. 14, 15 can be moved in such a way that the closing device: t, 3 can be lifted off the bottle mouth without any hindrance.
