Description

  

  Leimzwinge.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Leimzwinge, mit einem Längsträger  und darauf verschieb- und feststellbaren  Backenhaltern. Gemäss der vorliegenden Er  findung tragen nun die Backenhalter zwei  ebenfalls verstellbare Backen.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge  stellt, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine Seitenansicht,       Fig.    2 einen Grundriss,       Fig.    3 einen Querschnitt und       Fig.    4 ein Detail in grösserem Massstab.  Bei der in der Zeichnung dargestellten  Ausführung ist ein Längsträger 1 von     I-          förmigem    Querschnitt vorgesehen, der zum  Beispiel aus einem     I-förmigen        Walzprofil     bestehen kann. Auf ihm sind Backenhalter  2, 3 verschiebbar und einstellbar geführt.  Backenhalter 2 ist durch einen, das Loch 4  des Längsträgers 1 durchdringenden Bolzen  5 in seiner Lage gehalten.

   Nach Entfernen  des Bolzens 5 kann der Backenhalter 2 be  liebig verschoben und in der gewünschten    Lage nach Durchschieben des Bolzens 5  durch das entsprechende Loch 4 des Längs  trägers 1 gesichert werden.  



  Der gegenüberliegende Backenhalter 3 ist  durch eine Schraubenspindel 6 in beschränk  tem Masse einstellbar. Jeder der Backenhalter  2, 3 weist eine Schiene 7 auf, auf welcher  Backen 8, deren gegenseitiger Abstand ein  stellbar ist, verschiebbar gelagert sind. Ver  mittelst einer in die Backe eingelassenen Flü  gelschraube 9 können die Backenkörper 8  in der gewünschten Lage festgestellt wer  den. Die dem Arbeitsstück zugekehrte Seite  der Backen 8 ist mit einer Platte 10 belegt,  die aus Metall bestehen kann. Vermittelst  einer die Backen 8 durchdringenden Schraube  11 können die an ihrem untern Ende durch  Schraube 12 festgehaltenen Platten 10 in  ihrer Neigung eingestellt werden.  



  Diese Ausführungsart der Leimzwinge  hat den Vorteil, dass zum Beispiel beim Lei  men von Türen die Backen 8 entsprechend  der Breite der Zapfen 13 eingestellt werden  können, was das Unterlegen von Klötzen           etc.    erübrigt, und zusammen mit den ein  stellbaren Platten 10 ein genaues Arbeiten  ermöglicht.

Leimzwinge nach Patentanspruch und Un teranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Backen durch Klemmschrauben (9) in ihrer Gebrauchslage gehalten sind. 3. Leimzwinge nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Arbeitsstück zugekehrten Seiten der Backen (8) mit einer Platte (10) versehen sind, deren Neigung einstellbar ist. 4.
