Verfahren zum Umwickeln von Fäden und dergleichen mit elastischem Zwirn und Etagenzwirnmaschine zur Ausführung desselben. Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Ver fahren zum Umwickeln von Fäden und der gleichen mit elastischem Zwirn und Etagen zwirnmaschine zur Ausführung desselben.
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass ein einwandfreies Umwickeln von Fäden und dergleichen mit elastischem .Zwirn in einfacher Weise auf den bekannten Etagenzwirnmaschinen ohne grosse Änderungen an denselben durchgeführt werden kann.
Das hierbei gemäss der Erfindung ange wandte Verfahren besteht darin, dass man den zu umwickelnden Faden durch eine sich drehende Hohlzwirnspindel auf einer Etagen zwirnmaschine leitet und zusammen mit dem zur Umwicklung dienenden Zwirn, welcher in Spulenform auf die Hohlzwirnspindel auf gesteckt ist, einer Aufwickelvorrichtung zu leitet.
Die erfindungsgemässe Ausbildung der Etagenzwirnmaschine zur Ausführung dieses Verfahrens besteht darin, dass in jeder Zwirn gruppe eine sich drehende Hohlzwirnspindel zur Aufnahme einer Spule des zur Umwick lung dienenden Zwirns vorgesehen ist, durch deren Bohrung der zu umwickelnde Faden hindurchläuft, und über welcher eine Auf wickelvorrichtung zum Aufwickeln des um wickelten Fadens angeordnet ist.
Vorgängig dem Verfahren sei eine Aus führungsform einer erfindungsgemässen Etagen zwirnmaschine beschrieben, von welcher in der Zeichnung eine Zwirngruppe in schema tischem Aufriss dargestellt ist.
Unterhalb der senkrechten Hohlzwirnspin- del 2 ist eine Flanschspule 1 mit dem zu umwickelnden Faden<B>F</B>, z. B. Kunstseide, so angebracht, dass sich der Faden leicht ab ziehen lässt. Unterhalb der Hohlzwirnspindel 2, welche auf einer normalen Zwirnspindel auf der Etagenzwirnmaschine montiert ist, sitzt ein Fadenführer 7 zur Führung des Fadens 1@: Auf die Hohlzwirnspindel 2 ist eine Flanschspule 3 mit dem zur Umwicklung dienenden elastischen Zwirn, z. Seide z, aufgesteckt, so dass sie sich mit der Hohl- zwirnspindel dreht. Über der Hohlzwirnapin- del 2 befindet sich ein zweiter Fadenführer 7' und über diesem eine Streckstange B. Ober halb der Streckstange 8 ist eine Aufwickel- walze 6 gelagert, welche durch die angetrie bene Walze 5 in Drehung versetzt wird.
Das Verfahren zur Umwicklung des Fadens F geht unter Verwendung der beschriebenen Vorrichtung folgendermassen vor sich Der von der Planschspule 1 abgewickelte Kunstseidenfaden F läuft durch den Faden führer 7 und die sich drehende Hohlzwirn apindel 2 nach oben, und durch den Faden führer 7' hindurch über die Streckstange B. Durch den Fadenführer 7' hindurch läuft zu gleich der zur Umwicklung dienende Seiden zwirn z, welcher infolge der Drehung der Spule 3 um den Kunstseidenfaden gewickelt wird. Der umwickelte Faden Fz wird über die Streckstange 8 laufend auf die Aufwickel- walze 6 aufgewickelt, indem letztere durch die angetriebene Walze 5 gedreht wird.
Der Seidenfaden z wird während des Umwickelns gleichzeitig gezwirnt, während der durch die Hohlzwirnspindel hindurebgebende Kunstsei denfaden F beim Umwickeln in seiner Zwir- nung nicht geändert wird.
