Itadio receiver with a drive device with different ratios. The present invention relates to a radio receiving apparatus. In this device, the drive device for the tuning parts is provided with different translations between a drive shaft and a driven shaft, while an intermediate part sits on the drive shaft, which means that the driven shaft with different movements can be performed by it Gear ratios can be driven,
whereby the drive shaft can be changed from one gear ratio to another by rotating the drive shaft.
The purpose of the invention is to provide a drive device that can be manufactured in a simple manner and built firmly and tightly. For example, the device can be designed in such a way that both coarse and fine regulation of the tuning parts is possible by rotating the tuning button.
According to a preferred embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, only two gear ratios are vorgese hen, with one translation of the intermediate part executing one of the movement of the drive shaft the same rotational movement, while with the other translation, even if the rotational movement of the drive shaft, this part shifts on the drive shaft.
In order to pass from one control to the other, this intermediate part is expediently provided with an axially aligned shoulder that can interact with an attachment radially attached to the drive shaft in such a way that when these approaches meet, the intermediate part moves together with the drive shaft.
Appropriately, this intermediate part is formed as a sleeve around the drive shaft, this sleeve on the inside and on the outside - is provided with a thread and the slopes of these Ge threads are different from each other. If necessary, the pitch of the thread on the outer surface of the sleeve can be greater than that of the thread on the inner surface, so that this intermediate part moves faster when rotated against a part cooperating with the external thread of this part than when it is rotated with respect to the drive shaft moves against this.
The intermediate part is advantageously designed as a worm which meshes with a worm wheel seated on the driven shaft. Appropriately acts on the inner surface of this intermediate part BEZW. this worm existing thread with attached on the surface of the drive shaft th threads. However, it is also possible between the drive shaft and intermediate part still another inter mediate part, for. B. to attach a threaded sleeve on the inside and outside, in which the slopes are also different from each other.
In this way it is possible to give two different speeds to the intermediate part of this part in the direction of the axis, whereby a different degree of fine control is possible by turning the drive shaft to the last-mentioned sleeve and by rotating this sleeve and thus three translations are obtained.
To move the intermediate part in the direction of the axis by rotating the drive shaft, it is desirable that the latter cannot move in the direction of the axis. For this purpose, the drive shaft is suitably mounted immovable Lich in the direction of the axis.
If the tuning parts have been brought into their outermost position, further rotation of the drive shaft and thus also the tuning parts could damage the latter. This is expediently prevented in that a slip clutch is attached between the driven shaft and the tuning parts. The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment from the subject of the invention.
In the drawing, a drive device for a variable tuning capacitor 1 is shown. In this Kon capacitor 2 denote the fixed Plat th and 3 the movable plates that sit on the shaft 4. On the drive shaft 5 sits on one side of the operating button 6, while on the other end the worm 8 is attached, which is in engagement with the worm wheel 7, which drives the shaft 4 with means of the slip clutch 19.
The worm 8 is not, as is usually the case with drive devices, firmly connected to the shaft 5, but see ver on the inside with a thread into which the thread 9 engages at one end of the shaft 5. The pitch of this thread is much smaller than that of the thread on the outside of the worm. The shaft 5 is mounted in a well-known manner on the strip 12 with a bent end 1.3. The adjustable shoulder ring 17 rests against this end of the curve. On the end of the shaft facing away from the operator side presses a flexible arm 15 attached to the strip 12 and provided with a recess 16 into which the pin 14 at the end of the shaft 5 engages.
The worm 8 is also provided with a pin 10 protruding in the direction of the axis which, when the drive shaft rotates relative to the worm, hits a pin 11 arranged radially in the shaft.
The operation of this Antriebsvor direction is as follows: If, going from the position shown, the button 6 is turned to the right, the threaded end 9 rotates against the worm 8, since the friction between the worm's and worm wheel is greater than that in the mentioned thread.
As a result, the worm shifts in the direction of the axis, namely to the left in the drawing, at a speed which is dependent on the size of the pitch of the thread 9. If a fine thread is used as such, a particularly slow movement of the tuning capacitor can be achieved with this translation.
If the shaft 5 is rotated further in the same direction, the pin 11 hits the pin 10, and the worm rotates at the same speed as the shaft 5. Since the pitch of the screw is considerably greater than that of the thread 9, the capacitor is rotated at a significantly higher speed at the same speed of the control knob. In this way, the coarse regulation of the vote is achieved.
If this is to be switched back to fine control, the operating button must be moved in the opposite direction so that the pin 11 releases the pin 10 again and the worm is slowly shifted through the thread 9 in the direction of the axis and the worm wheel 7 and with wave 4 moves slowly.
It can be seen that with such a drive device, first of all, by tuning the station to be selected, the station to be selected must be rotated, and that fine control is easily performed during the reverse rotation.
