  Fussteil für Strümpfe oder Soeben und Verfahren zur Herstellung desselben.         Gegenstand    der Erfindung ist ein Fussteil  für Strümpfe oder Socken, sowie ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung desselben. Der Fussteil  der bisher üblichen Strümpfe oder Socken  hat eine symmetrische Fussspitze, die durch  zwei- oder mehrseitiges Mindern der Maschen  zahl in den Maschenreihen gebildet wird.  Solche Strumpfwaren bewirken, namentlich  wenn sie in bezug auf den Fuss etwas knapp       resp.    kurz bemessen sind, ein     Einwärtsbiegen     der grossen Zehen, was wiederum einen Sei  tendruck auf die mittleren Zehen zur Folge  hat.

   Anderseits werden aus diesem Grunde  die     Spitzen    solcher Strumpfwaren so stark  beansprucht, dass sie in kurzer Zeit durch  gescheuert werden.  



  Die     Erfindung    bezweckt die Beseitigung  dieser U beistände. Der erfindungsgemässe  Fussteil für Strümpfe oder Socken hat eine  Spitze, die der     Umrissform    einer Fussspitze  entsprechend einseitig abgeschrägt ist.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel der     Umrissform    des erfindungsgemässen    Fussteils dargestellt. Dass Verfahren wird  beispielsweise wie folgt ausgeübt:  Bei der Herstellung der einseitigen Ab  schrägung der Spitze des Fussteils 1 eines  Strumpfes oder Sockens wird zum Beispiel  auf einer     Lamb'sehen    Strickmaschine stets  nur auf einer Seite der Maschine an einer  Stelle der Maschenreihe gemindert, und zwar  wird nach vorn fortschreitend, zwischen     a     und     b    beispielsweise jede dritte Maschenreihe,  dann zwischen b und c abwechselnd jede  dritte und jede zweite Maschenreihe, zwi  schen c und<B>d</B> jede zweite Maschenreihe in  der Maschenzahl gemindert.

   Beim vordern  Ende der Fussspitze zwischen d und e wird  in üblicher Weise beidseitig, das heisst an  beiden Enden der Nadel-     bezw.    Maschenreihen  gemindert. Auf diese Weise entsteht die in  der Zeichnung dargestellte     Umrissform    des  Fussteils mit einseitig, und zwar ungleich  mässig abgeschrägter Spitze. Ein so herge  stellter Fussteil wird normalerweise an der  Fussspitze erheblich weniger durchgescheuert  und übt keinen ungünstigen einseitigen Druck      auf die grosse     Zelre    des Fusses aus, weshalb  eine in der beschriebenen Weise hergestellte  Strumpfware eine längere Gebrauchsfähigkeit  hat und ein bequemes Tragen gewährleistet.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Fussteilen für Strümpfe oder Socken nach Patent anspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Bildung einer einseitigen Abschrägung der Spitze des Fussteils die Maschenreihen auf ihrem Umfang stets nur an einer Stelle gemindert werden.
