Fleischstock. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Fleischstock, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass derselbe aus einem Unter- und einem Oberteil besteht, und dass Mittel vorhanden sind, um diese beiden Teile lösbar zusammen zuhalten.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist auf dem beiliegenden Zeich nungsblatt perspektivisch dargestellt.
1 ist der Unterteil des Stockes, der im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel aus vertikal stehenden Vierkanthölzern zusammengesetzt ist. Am obern Ende 1' ist dieser Stockteil etwas abgesetzt. 2 ist der obere Stockteil, der ebenfalls aus Vierkanthölzern, aber aus kürzeren, zusammengesetzt ist. Am untern Ende 2' ist dieser Stockteil gleich abgesetzt wie der untere Stockteil, so dass bei der Be rührungsfläche beider Stockteile um denselben herum eine Rinne gebildet ist. 3 ist ein Band, beispielsweise aus Flacheisen, das in dieser Rinne liegt, und durch welches die beiden Stockteile zusammengehalten sind. Band ist endlos und um einen der Stockteile oder um beide straff herumge- spannt oder dasselbe kann aufgeschlitzt und mit einem Spannschloss versehen sein. 4 ist eine Konsole, die an einer Seite des Stockes, beispielsweise mittels Flügelschrauben 6, die durch Vertikalschlitze 7 der Konsole hin durchführen, am Band 3 vertikal verschiebbar befestigt ist. 5 ist eine Platte aus Eolz oder einem andern Material, auf welchem sich gut schneiden lässt, die in die Konsole 4 aus wechselbar eingelegt ist. Die Platte 5 ist oben mit der Oberfläche des Stockteils 2 bündig.
Der Vorteil dieses Fleischstockes gegen über einem gewöhnlichen Fleischstock ist der, dass dessen Arbeitsfläche sich an einem abnehmbaren Oberteilvorfindet. Nach erfolgter Abnutzung derselben kann dieselbe ohne Wegnahme des Oberteils wie üblich planiert werden oder man entfernt denselben zwecks Egalisierung. Ist dieser Stockteil zu kurz geworden, so ersetzt man denselben durch einen neuen, mau mini; also nicht den ganzen Stock ersetzen. Der Unterteil kann aus einem billigeren Holz erstellt werden als der Ober teil, da ersterer eigentlich nur der Träger des letzteren ist.
Das Vorhandensein der Konsole ist auch von Vorteil, da zum Beispiel knochenloses Fleisch auf der Platte dieser Konsole ge schnitten werden kann. Schneidet man, wie bisher üblich, letzteres auf dem Stock, so muss derselbe immer vorher peinlich von Knochensplittern und dergleichen gereinigt werden.
Die Oberfläche der Platte auf der Kon sole wird mittels der Schrauben 6 zweck mässig immer so eingestellt, dah dieselbe mit der Arbeitsfläche des Stockes bündig ist.
An Stelle der Verstellvorrichtung mittels Schrauben und Schlitzen in der Konsole könnte auch eine andere Verstellvorrichtung treten. Ist die Platte auf der Konsole abgenutzt, so kann dieselbe ohne weiteres durch eine neue ersetzt werden.
Es ist nicht absolut notwendig, dass die Stockteile aus Vierkanthölzern zusammen gesetzt sind. Diese Teile können auch massiv sein.

The advantage of this meat stick compared to an ordinary meat stick is that its work surface is located on a removable upper part. After it has worn down, it can be leveled as usual without removing the upper part, or it can be removed for leveling. If this part of the stick has become too short, it is replaced by a new one, mau mini; so don't replace the whole stick. The lower part can be made of a cheaper wood than the upper part, since the former is actually only the carrier of the latter.

Instead of the adjusting device by means of screws and slots in the console, another adjusting device could also be used. If the plate on the console is worn out, it can easily be replaced with a new one.
It is not absolutely necessary that the stick parts are made of square wood. These parts can also be solid.
