Device for hanging the contact wire of electric railways for partial automatic retensioning of the same in straight sections. Changes in tensile force in the contact wire caused by temperature fluctuations are quite undesirable for operation because they have an unfavorable influence on the current consumption.
They have a particularly unfavorable effect on contact lines for trolley buses. After clamping devices by any apparatus are hardly to be inserted into the line.
Known is the partially tension equalizing effect of the crooked, movable union suspension of the contact wires in cure ven. This property is due to the fact that, for example, when the temperature rises, the contact wire pushes itself away from the center of the curve and at the same time also assumes a lower position due to its smaller tensile force, but the weight remains constant. The horizontal displacement increases the span slightly. The extension caused by the rise in temperature is therefore partially compensated for. The increase in the span is so low that it is only effective for the field adjacent to the base.
An effect on longer subsequent spans is not to be expected, rather the support point would have to be used for the post-tensioning.
The invention is a device for hanging the contact wire of electric railways for the partial self-acting tensioning of the same in straight lines, in which the bases of the suspension parts of the contact wire in the straight lines run in zigzag, the suspension parts are arranged at an angle to the center plane of the line and the contact wire is movably suspended. The contact wire can be suspended from at least one clamp that is movably attached to the support point.
The drawing explains the invention using schematic images. Fig. 1 illustrates in the known inclined suspension in a curve, the United displacement of the contact wire, which occurs due to a voltage change. Fig. 2 shows a piece of curves on this suspension with the position of the contact wire before and after the shift due to a voltage change.
3, 4 and 5 relate to an exemplary embodiment of the device according to the invention, namely FIG. 3 shows the Ziekzaekführung of the contact wire in a straight line with the contact wire layers: FIGS. 4 and 5 illustrate two detailed variants, FIG riding one and fig .: i with two clamps.
In Figs. 1 and 2, let .1 be the support point of a suspension wire a in a curve and B the attachment point of the contact wire at normal tension and temperature. If the temperature rises, the contact wire expands and becomes longer and the tensile stress of the same is reduced accordingly. The attachment point of the suspension wire and the contact wire are therefore different from C.
The horizontal shift is then b and the vertical c. The space between two support points A corresponds to a span.
In the illustrated embodiment of the invention, the contact wire is suspended crooked and moveable in the straight line in a suitable Zickza.ckfiihilurg. Let D be the zigzag supporting points of the hanging wires and B the fastening points of these with the contact wire. The hanging wires are arranged at an angle to the middle plane of the route. Here, too, the fastening point shifts from B to C, corresponding to a horizontal shift by h.
According to FIG. 4, the hanging wire is movably attached to the support point D and is connected to the contact wire by a single clamp. In FIG. 5, the contact wire is connected to your hanging wire by two clamps, which are held together by a connecting piece d. In this case, a Ge joint between the connector of the terminals and the hanging wire at E is seen before. Joints can also be laid in the connecting piece d itself. In this case the joint at E can fall away.
By using a colon suspension (two clamps after zig. @), The deflection angle a for each clamp is only half as large as if only one clamp were used. As a result, the impairment of the driving speed is reduced.
