Description
Waschbeckengarnitur.
Washbasin set. The normal development of all constructions of faucets for wash basins is to achieve the greatest expediency with the least effort. This includes not only the flawless functioning of such fittings, but also the simple external shape, the ease of cleaning, etc. The fewer metal parts, for example, are placed on a wash basin, the smaller the surface area for water and soap splashes , the lower the possibility of contamination. If the number of breakthroughs through the wash basin is reduced at the same time, the system is also cheaper in addition to the smaller risk during installation.
The normal and mostly used parts of a sink set are the inlet tap and the drain valve actuator. The present invention now consists in a combination of these two basic elements into a single whole. The advantages in terms of external design and economical manufacture and assembly are obvious.
An exemplary embodiment of the concept of the invention is shown in FIG. 1. The valve housing with the outlet is labeled <B> 1 </B>. 2 is the replaceable valve seat and <B> 3 </B> is the replaceable valve body. 4 is the feed line. The valve is held in place by the base <B> 5 </B> and the two nuts <B> 6 </B> and <B> 7 </B> on the wash basin.
The actuating device for the emptying valve, the latter not shown, consists of a bushing 8 coaxial to the inlet 4 (FIG. 1) or a rod arranged eccentrically to it > 8 '</B> (Fig. 2), at the lower end of which the connection piece <B> 9 </B> for actuating the drain valve is attached. At the upper end of the sleeve <B> 8 </B> (FIG. 2) there is one or more cams <B> 10 </B> (FIG. <B> 1) </B>, which in FIG corresponding threads <B> 11 </B> of the sleeve 12 engage.
This is equipped with a lever <B> 13 </B> for easier operation. This threaded bushing 12 lies between the washstand and the outlet of the fresh water valve and is through. led the base of the same. Fig. 2 shows an example in which instead of a single inlet to the valve there are two. As already mentioned above, in this case the device that controls the actuation of the emptying valve consists of a rod 8 'which is arranged eccentrically to the inlets 14/15. The latter are, for example, supply lines for cold or hot water.
