Heat pump designed as a compression air-conditioning machine. The invention relates to a heat pump designed as a compression chiller, in particular for the heat supply of heating systems and consists in the fact that the low-pressure part of the machine is designed not only for heat from a natural heat source, but also from an artificial ice rink, in particular The purpose is not only to make a special compressor and condenser for the ITunsteis rink superfluous, but also to reduce the drive costs accordingly.
The low-pressure part can have two evaporators, one of which is used to extract heat from, the natural heat source and the other to extract heat from the artificial ice rink. The evaporators are expediently made independent of one another, for the purpose of being able to meet the heat demand from one or the other heat source. Finally, means for changing the distribution of the heat medium on the evaporator can also be provided in order to be able to distribute the heat consumption to the heat sources as desired.
In the drawing, FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating the energy savings achieved by the application of the invention in a case picked out from practice, and FIG. 2 is a schematic representation of an embodiment of the heat pump according to the invention.
In Fig. 1, line a shows the course of the mean outside temperature during a winter in Celsius degrees, line b shows the heat output of a building heating system in thermal units with the outside temperature running according to a and keeping the inside temperature constant, and line b 'shows the power requirement of a heating system that covers this heat consumption , .the heat from a source in the vicinity, e.g. B. a river, a lake or the like related heat pump shown in kW. Line b "represents the power requirement of a heat pump that draws the heat partly from an artificial ice rink for the same purpose.
The power requirement of this pump is greater than that of the aforementioned, because the heat has to be partly pumped up from a lower temperature level to the service temperature. Line c gives the power requirement in kW of an artificial ice rink surrounded by a closed hall and line d shows the power requirement of an artificial ice rink set up in the open air. The areas bounded by these lines and the zero line are a measure of the total heat and / or heat to be expended during a winter period. Amounts of energy.
By combining the heat pump with the closed artificial ice rink it is achieved that the amount of energy represented by the areas g, h, i., K is eliminated. On the other hand, the energy consumption of the heat pump increases by the amount that makes up the area 1, b ", m, n, b ', o. If this area is plotted above the zero line and from the area ci , h, i, k subtracted, the remaining area g, h, p, e, q (fully hatched) represents the net amount of energy saved.
From the ratio of this area to the area g, la, i, k it can be seen that with such a combination in the present case for the artificial ice rink an energy cost saving of approx. 70% </ B> is achievable. The situation is very similar with open artificial ice rinks.
There is only a difference insofar as here line b "merges into line b" 'which coincides with line b' during the month of January because, as a result of the constant falling until mid-January and rising again from then on the outside temperature, the cooling requirement of the artificial ice rink and thus the heat accumulation from the same gradually falls to the value 0 by the end of December and only gradually rises again to the previous values from the beginning of February.
If the heat pump is combined with an open artificial ice rink, the amount of energy corresponding to the area r, b "', s, ä, k is no longer available, but the heat pump has to cover the area r, b "', s, n, b', o shown excess amount of energy are supplied.
Subtracting this area from the area t, d, 2t, i, k results in the area t, d, u representing the true energy saving , v, f, w (dashed and hatched), which in turn shows that in this case an energy cost saving of approx. 60% can be achieved.
In Fig. 2 is a: the compressor, b the condenser acting as a heating water heater for a central heating system t, c the throttle organ, d the evaporator flushed with water from a lake, river or the like and e the oil separator uses the lake, river or the like as a heat source and brings the heat to the use temperature of a central heating system, in which the said individual devices are used in the usual way with the connecting lines with f, y, </ I > h, i, k and 1 are designated.
In addition to the evaporator d, a second evaporator o acting as a brine cooler is connected to the glass separator through the lines m, n, its brine content by means of the pump p and the lines q and r < / I> is circulated through the pipe grating of an artificial ice rink.
Since the artificial ice rink and thus the brine and the evaporator o are heated considerably lower than the natural heat source and the evaporator d, the pressure in the evaporator o is correspondingly lower than in the evaporator d. It is therefore neces sary, the steam supplied by the evaporator o through a built in line n pre-compressor (booster) u on the BEZW in the oil separator. Evaporator d prevails the pressure to be pre-compressed before it can be sucked in by compressor a together with the vapor released by the latter.
With such a combination of artificial ice rink and heat pump system, the energy and / or energy values determined by the diagram (FIG. 1) are compared to the systems set up independently of one another. Drive cost savings achieved.
Of course, these savings can vary from case to case depending on the size ratio between the heating system and the ice rink, the temperature ratio between the heat sources and other factors.
