Description
Betondecke. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Betondecke mit durch 1-Träger armier ten Tragrippen. Die Erfindung bezweckt die Verbesserung des Schubverbandes der Träger mit dem Beton.
Diese wird bei der Betondecke gemäss der Erfindung dadurch erreicht, dass am obern Trägerflansch jedes Trägers in Richtung der Schubkraftwirkung geneigte Bügel ange bracht sind, wobei alle nach der gleichen Seite geneigten Bügel eines jeden Trägers durch einen auf der obern Flanschseite des Trägers befestigten, dm wesentlichen geraden Längsstab miteinander verbunden sind.
Die Bügel sind zweckmässigerweise an der Unterseite des obern Flansches ange schweisst und .durch Schweissung mit dem ge- ra.den Stab verbunden.
Zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfin dungsgegenstandes sind in der Zeichnung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 die erste Ausführung der Beton decke im Längsschnitt; Fig. 2 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht der Decke gemäss Fig. 1; Fig. 3 zeigt einen einzelnen Träger dieser Decke in Ansicht und Fig. 4 die zweite Ausführungsform im Schnitt.
Die in Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellte Beton Hohlsteindecke weist durch den obern Be tonbelag 1 miteinander verbundene Trag rippen 2 auf, welche durch I-Trägger 3 ar miert sind. Auf den Unterflansch der I- Träger sind Hohlsteine 4 aufgelegt.
Am obern Flansch jedes I-Trägers 3 ist eine Anzahl Bügel 5 angeordnet, welche an der Unterseite des Flansches angeschweisst .sind. Diese Bügel sind von der Trägermitte m (Fig. 3) aus nach jeder Seite in Richtung der Schubkraftwirkung, das heisst ,gegen das Trägerende hin geneigt.
Sämtliche nach der einen Seite geneigten Bügel sind -durch einen im wesentlichen geradlinigen Längsstab -6 miteinander verbunden, der mit den Bügeln verschweisst ist und dessen eines Ende nahe der Trägermitte abwärts,gebogen und auf dem Träger- festgeschweisst ist. Auf diese Weise erhält der Trägereine gute :Schub- verankerung im Beton.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine Ausführungsform, bei welcher statt der Hohlsteine sogen. Schilf- rohrhourdis - 7 vorgesehen sind. Im übrigen ist die Ausbildung genau gleich wie oben beschrieben.

This is achieved in the concrete ceiling according to the invention in that on the upper girder flange of each girder inclined brackets are placed in the direction of the thrust force effect, all brackets inclined to the same side of each girder by one attached to the upper flange side of the girder, i.e. essentially straight longitudinal bar are connected to each other.
The brackets are expediently welded to the underside of the upper flange and connected to the straight rod by welding.
Two embodiments of the subject invention are shown in the drawing, namely: Figure 1 shows the first embodiment of the concrete ceiling in longitudinal section; FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the ceiling according to FIG. 1; Fig. 3 shows a single carrier of this ceiling in view and Fig. 4 shows the second embodiment in section.
The concrete hollow stone ceiling shown in Fig. 1 to 3 has through the upper Be tonbelag 1 interconnected support ribs 2, which are mated by I-beam 3 ar. Hollow stones 4 are placed on the lower flange of the I-beam.
A number of brackets 5 are arranged on the upper flange of each I-beam 3 and are welded to the underside of the flange. These brackets are inclined from the carrier center m (Fig. 3) to each side in the direction of the thrust force, that is, towards the carrier end.
All the brackets inclined to one side are connected to one another by an essentially straight longitudinal rod -6 which is welded to the brackets and one end of which is bent downwards near the center of the carrier and welded onto the carrier. In this way, the girder gets a good: shear anchorage in the concrete.
Fig. 4 shows an embodiment in which absorbed instead of the hollow stones. Reed-cane hourdis - 7 are provided. Otherwise, the training is exactly the same as described above.
