Kleidergürtel. Gürtel zum Festhalten der Kleider an einer bestimmten Körperstelle, beispielsweise über den Hüften, sind bekannt. Dieselben weisen aber den Nachteil auf, dass mangels genügender Adhäsion des Kleidergürtels an der Unterwäsche letztere sich gegenüber dem Gürtel verschiebt, insbesondere rutschen Hemden am Körper aufwärts und legen sich dabei in unerwünschte Falten.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist nun ein Kleidergürtel, bestehend aus einem am Kleidungsstück angebrachten unelasti schen Band, an welchem ein solches aus ela stischem und adhäsivem Material, insbeson dere aus Gummi, befestigt ist, durch welches infolge seiner Adhäsion zu den Stoffen der Unterwäsche verhindert wird, dass letztere am Gürtel hochgleiten kann.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegen standes dargestellt, und zwar in Fig. 1 eine Innenansicht eines abgewickel ten mit einem Kleidergürtel versehenen Bun des einer Männerhose, in Fig. 2 eine Ansicht desselben von oben, während Fig. 3 einen Kleidergürtel für eine Bluse oder einen Rock für Frauen zeigt.
Gemäss erstem Ausführungsbeispiel (Fig. 1 und 2) zeigt 1 einen Hosenbund, auf wel chem ein unelastisches Band 2 aufgenäht ist, dessen Längsränder in Abständen durch Schlaufen 3 miteinander verbunden sind. Durch diese Schlaufen ist ein elastisches Band 4, vorzugsweise ein Gummiband, ge zogen, welches beiderends durch Knöpfe 5 am Bund befestigt ist, und zwar so, dass während die Länge des elastischen Bandes im ungespannten Zustande gestreckt ist, der Bund mit dem aufgenähten unelastischen Band eine wellige Form einnimmt, also etwas länger ist als das ungespannte elastische Band.
Während das letztere am einen Ende durch einen einzigen Knopf befestigt ist, können am andern Ende des Bundes mehrere Knöpfe vorgesehen sein. um ein Nachspan nen des elastischen Bandes beim Erlahmen desselben vornehmen zu können. In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise am unelasti schen Band drei Knöpfe und im elastischen zwei Knopflöcher vorgesehen.
Beim Tragen wird das Gummiband so weit angespannt, bis der Bund straff am Körper sitzt. Durch diese Spannung legt sich das elastische Band satt an die Unterwäsche und verhindert durch dessen Adhäsion das bekannte unerwünschte Aufwärtsrutschen derselben.
Das zweite Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt einen Kleidergürtel für Frauenkleider. Der selbe besteht aus einem kürzeren unelasti schen, der Länge nach umgefalteten Band G, an welches ein längeres elastisches und ad- häsives Band 7 faltenbildend der Länge nach angenäht ist.
Die freie gante dieses letzteren längeren Bandes kann gezähnt sein, um die Adhäsion zu vergrössern. Beim Tragen des Kleides legt sich das elastische Band, wel ches vorzugsweise aus Gummi besteht, dicht an die Unterwäsche an. Bei Verschiebung der Unterwäsche nach oben wird durch ein von unten nach oben stattfindendes Falten des elastischen Bandes 7 die Haftung bezw. Rei bung zwischen Band und Wäsche noch inten siver und durch die Zähnung unterstützt.
Dieser Gürtel kann im Miederbund der Röcke oder am Taillenband festgenäht wer den, so dass das elastische Band an der Un terwäsche anliegt und dieselbe am Rutschen gegenüber dem Körper verhindert.

The subject matter of the present invention is a clothing belt, consisting of an inelastic band attached to the garment, to which such an elastic and adhesive material, in particular rubber, is attached, which is prevented by its adhesion to the fabrics of the underwear, that the latter can slide up on the belt.
In the accompanying drawing, two embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely in Fig. 1 an interior view of a wickel th with a clothing belt provided Bun of men's trousers, in Fig. 2 is a view of the same from above, while Fig. 3 shows a belt for a blouse or shows a skirt for women.
According to the first exemplary embodiment (FIGS. 1 and 2), 1 shows a waistband on which an inelastic band 2 is sewn, the longitudinal edges of which are connected to one another by loops 3 at intervals. An elastic band 4, preferably a rubber band, is pulled through these loops, which is attached to the waistband at both ends by buttons 5, in such a way that while the length of the elastic band is stretched in the untensioned state, the waistband with the sewn inelastic band assumes a wavy shape, i.e. is slightly longer than the untensioned elastic band.
While the latter is attached at one end by a single button, several buttons can be provided at the other end of the collar. in order to be able to make a Nachspan NEN of the elastic band when it fades. In the drawing, for example, three buttons are provided on the inelasti's tape and two buttonholes in the elastic.
When wearing, the elastic band is tightened until the waistband is tight on the body. As a result of this tension, the elastic band lies snugly against the underwear and, through its adhesion, prevents the same from sliding upwards.
The second embodiment shows a clothes belt for women's clothes. The same consists of a shorter, inelastic, lengthwise folded band G to which a longer elastic and adhesive band 7 is sewn lengthwise to form folds.
The free gante of this latter, longer band can be serrated to increase adhesion. When wearing the dress, the elastic band, which is preferably made of rubber, fits tightly against the underwear. When the underwear is shifted upwards, the elastic band 7 is adhered to by folding upwards from the bottom. Friction between belt and laundry is even more intense and supported by the perforation.
This belt can be sewn to the bodice of the skirts or to the waist band so that the elastic band rests against the underwear and prevents the same from slipping against the body.
