  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     acylierten    Gemisches der     Isomeren     des     Diliydrofollikelhormons.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     acyliei-          ten    Gemisches der     Isomeren    des     Dihydro-          follikelhormons,    das dadurch gekennzeichnet  ist, dass man ein Gemisch der beiden     stereo-          isonieren    Formen des     Dihydrofollikelhormons     mit einem     phtlialylierenden    Mittel behandelt.  



  Das neue Produkt, das als Arzneimittel  Verwendung finden soll, bildet Kristalle, die  unter Aufblähen bei 180-184  C schmelzen.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    340 mg eines Gemisches der beiden     stereo-          isomeren    Formen des     Dibydrofollikelhormons     werden mit 4 g     Phtbalsäureanhydrid    ver  mischt und das Gemisch zwei Stunden im  Ölbad auf     140     erhitzt. Die erkaltete  Schmelze wird zwischen Äther und     Soda-          18sung    verteilt.

   Aus den     sodalöslichen    An-    teilen wird durch Ansäuern das Gemisch  der sauren     Dihydrofollikelboi@monphthalsäui,e-          ester    in kristalliner Form abgeschieden.     Roh-          schmelzpunkt    etwa 180-184  (unter Auf  blähen).

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines acylier- ten Gemisches der Isomeren des Dihydro- follikelhormons, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Gemisch der beiden stereoisomeren Formen des Dihydrofollikelhormons mit einem phthalylierenden Mittel behandelt. Das neue Produkt, ein Gemisch des sau ren Phtbalsäureester, bildet Kristalle vom Schmelzpunkt zirka 180-184 unter Auf blähung.
