Einstellbarer Mast aus Netall zur Herstellung -von Baugerüsten für Maler, Gipser, Maurer. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein einstellbarer Mast aus Metall zur Her stellung von Baugerüsten für Maler, Gipser, Maurer, welcher aus zwei ineinander ver schiebbaren, in verschiedenen Stellungen mit einander kuppelbaren Teilen besteht und Mittel zu seiner Verankerung an Gebäude teilen, sowie Laufdielent-räger aufweist.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus- führungsbei3piel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in zwei zueinander senkrechten S.eitenansiel-i- ten in Fig. <B>1</B> und 2 dargestellt. Fig. <B>3</B> zeigt einen Schnitt gemäss Linie I-I der Fig. 2.
Der dargestellte Mast besteht aus zwei ineinander verschiebbaren, im Querschnitt U-förmigen und mit Löchern<B>18</B> versehenen Teilen<B>7</B> und<B>8.</B>
In etwa einem Meter Abstand vom un tern Ende des Teils<B>8</B> ist eine Seilwinde 2 mit Drehkurbel<B>3</B> und Sperrad<B>1</B> drehbar ge lagert. In das Sperrad<B>1</B> greift eine Sperr klinke<B>26</B> ein, welche am Teil<B>8</B> gelagert ist. Das mit seinem ein-en Ende auf der Winde 2 aufgewickelte Seil<B>6</B> ist über eine am obern Ende des Mastteils<B>8</B> gelagerte Rolle 4 geführt und mit seinem andern Ende in einen Haken<B>5</B> eingehängt, welcher am untern Ende des Mastteils<B>7</B> befestigt ist.
Durch Drehen der Kurbel<B>3</B> lässtsich so mit der Mastteil<B>7</B> aus dem Mastteil<B>8</B> heraus, das heisst in die Höhe ziehen. Die Sperr klinke<B>26</B> sichert dann den Teil<B>7</B> in der eingestellten Lage.
Mit<B>9</B> und<B>10</B> sind ineinander verschraub- bare Rohre bezeichnet. Das Rohr<B>9</B> ist mit seinem Ende am Teil<B>7</B> befestigt. Das Rohr <B>10</B> besitzt an seinem einen Ende ein Auge <B>11,</B> in welches ein mit Rechts- und Links gewinde versehenes Rohr 12 mittelst Stell schraube befestigt ist. Das- Rohr 12 besitzt zwei aus- und einseUraubbare Teile<B>13</B> und 14, deren Enden mit Bünden <B>15</B> und<B>16</B> ver sehen sind. Letzter6 haben den Zweck, zwi schen die Fensteröffnungen eines Bauwerkes .eingestellt<B>zu</B> werden,<B>-</B> zum Verankern des Mastes am Gebäude.
Mit<B>17</B> sind Laufffielenhalter bezeichnet, welche mit Schraubenbolzen und Muttern in Löchern<B>18</B> der Teile<B>7</B> oder<B>8</B> befestigt werden.
Mit<B>19,</B> 20 sind zwei ineinander ver- schraubbare Rohre bezeichnet, von welchen das Rohr<B>19</B> am Teil<B>7</B> festgeschraubt ist, -während das Rohr 20 anseinem Ende einen Haken 21 besitzt, der bestimmt ist, in Ziegel leisten oberhalb des Dachkännels einzuo-rei- fen und damit dem ausgezogenen Mast oben einen Halt zu geben.
Mit 22 ist ein Daehkännelhalter zum Halten des Kännels beim Bau bezeichnet. Derselbe besteht aus zwei bogenförmigen, olelenkig miteinander verbundenen Teilen 22 und 25 und aus einem Deckstück 21 Der Mast besteht aus Metall.
Es können ferner zur Verbindung des Mastes, mit andern Masten gleicher Art mit Löchern versehene, auf der Zeichnung nicht .dargestellte Rüeklehnen und Verbindungs streben angebracht sein.
Die Aufzugswinde kann auch in Wegfall kommen. Die verschiebbaren Mastenteile können in diesem Falle in der ausgezogenen Lage durch Bolzen miteinander verschraubt werden. Bei Vorhandensein zweier Masten ist es auch möglich, die Masten gänzlich aus einander zu nehmen und die auseinander- genommenen Teile einzeln aufzustellen und <B>je</B> nach Notwendigkeit und Bedürfnis durch Verbindungsstreben und Rückenlehnen zu verbinden.
