Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     stickstoffhaltigen    Kondensationsproduktes.    Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur  Herstellung eines stickstoffhaltigen Konden  sationsproduktes beschrieben, bei dem ein       ms-Halogen    -<B>2.3</B> -     phthaloylchinolin    mit     2-          Aminoanthrachinon    kondensiert wird.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man ein  ähnlich wertvolles Kondensationsprodukt er  hält, wenn man 1     Mol    eines     ms-Halogen-7-          chlor-2.3-phthaloylchinolins    mit 1     Mol        2-          Aminoanthrachinon    kondensiert.  



  Die Kondensation wird zweckmässig in  Gegenwart von Lösungs- oder Verdünnungs  mitteln durchgeführt, gegebenenfalls können  auch säurebindende Mittel oder reaktions  fördernde     Stoffe,    wie Kupferverbindungen,  zugesetzt werden.  



  Das erhaltene Kondensationsprodukt löst  sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit  orangeroter Farbe und liefert aus schwarz  grüner     Küpe    auf Baumwolle klare gelbe Töne  von sehr guten Echtheitseigenschaften.         Beispiel.:     Eine Mischung aus 65 Teilen     ms-Chlor-          7-chlor-2.3-phthaloylchinolin    (erhältlich durch  Kondensation von     a-Naphthochinon    mit     4-          Chloranthranilsäure,

          Ringschluss    der entstan  denen     Naphthochinonylanthranilsäuremit    kon  zentrierter Schwefelsäure zum     Benzakridon-          chinon    und Umsetzung des erhaltenen     Benz-          akridonehinons    mit     Phosphorpentachlorid    oder       Thionylchlorid),    44 Teilen     2-Aminoanthra-          chinon    und 1000 Teilen Nitrobenzol wird  solange unter Rühren zum Sieden erhitzt,  bis kein Chlorwasserstoff mehr entweicht.  Man lässt dann erkalten, saugt ab und wäscht  den Rückstand mit Methanol aus.

  The condensation product obtained dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with an orange-red color and, from a black and green vat on cotton, gives clear yellow tones with very good fastness properties. Example: A mixture of 65 parts of ms-chloro-7-chloro-2,3-phthaloylquinoline (obtainable by condensation of a-naphthoquinone with 4-chloroanthranilic acid,

          Ring closure of the resulting naphthoquinonylanthranilic acid with concentrated sulfuric acid to form benzakridonequinone and reaction of the resulting benzacridonequinone with phosphorus pentachloride or thionyl chloride), 44 parts of 2-aminoanthranilic acid and 1000 parts of nitrobenzene are heated to boiling with stirring until no more hydrogen chloride escapes. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines stick stoffhaltigen Kondensationsproduktes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 11I' o1 eines ms- Halogeii - 7- Chlor-2 . 3-phthaloylchinolins mit 1 Mol 2-Aminoanthrachinon kondensie4t. Das erhaltene Kondensationsprodukt löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit oran geroter Farbe und liefert aus schwarzgrüner Küpe auf Baumwolle klare gelbe Töne von sehr guten Echtheitseigenschaften.
