  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     walkechten        Farbstoffes    der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Das vorliegende Verfahren     betrifft    die  Darstellung eines     walkechten        Farbstoffes    der       Anthrachinonreihe    und ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man     1-Arnino-2-sulfo-4-phenyl-          aminoanthrachinon    in Gegenwart von Schwe  felsäure mit     Acetaldehyd    behandelt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  20 Teile     1-Amino-2-sulfo-4-phenylamino-          anthrachinon    werden in 100 Teilen Schwefel-

    Der     Farbstoff    stellt ein dunkelblaues Pulver  dar; er ist in kaltem Wasser leicht löslich  mit grünblauer Farbe; er färbt Wolle     licht-          und        walkecht        grünstichig    blau. In Schwefel  säure löst er sich mit trüb oliver und in    säure von 70 % fein verteilt und mit 1,1 Teil       Acetaldehyd    auf dem Wasserbad erwärmt,  bis sich die anfänglich grüne Lösung in eine  bordeauxrote Suspension verwandelt hat.

   Man  saugt ab, wäscht mit Schwefelsäure von       70'/o    aus und gewinnt das     Natriumsalz    des       Farbstoffes    durch Aufschlämmen des Filter  gutes in Wasser, Neutralisieren und Aus  salzen.  



  Die Verbindung besitzt die Formel    Schwefelsäure     -j-    Borsäure mit grünblauer  Farbe.
