Description

Alarm device for generating acoustic signals, in particular for use in the event of accidents or natural disasters. Alerting in the event of accidents or natural disasters such as fire, water, gas, etc. a. in. happens today in different ways; the related devices are operated partly automatically, partly by machine or manually. Often these devices are also used for other signaling purposes, for example who the factory alarm devices such as sirens, bells or whistles are also used for normal daytime signaling.

Through this versatile use of such Alarmvor devices there is often the risk that they will be misunderstood, respectively. be ignored at all. The same applies to alarming by means of the church bells, for example in smaller places etc., whereby the tone sequence of the alarm signal cannot always be clearly distinguished from the normal ringing.

The alarm device according to the present invention has a shaft that can be set in rotation, on which arms, the free end of which bears spherical bodies, are swingably arranged, so that when the shaft rotates as a result of the centrifugal force, the latter vibrate outward and thereby on pendulum-like suspended, sound-emitting bodies Attach different lengths and different cross-sections.

The present drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. It shows Fig. 1 a longitudinal section of the motorbe-driven alarm device, Fig. 2 is a plan view of the same and Fig.3 a manual drive device for the same.

The electric motor 1 brings a shaft 4 running in the bearings 2 and 3 in rotation by means of the conical gears 8 and 9. On the latter is a disk 5 Festge wedges, on which three on the bolt. 10 pivotably mounted arms 7 are attached, which are provided with 6 Ku rules at their outer ends. The plate carrier 14 is fastened to the upper bearing 3, resting on the supports 13. At this one or more; Steel plates 11 of different thicknesses are suspended in the bearings 12 like a pendulum.

As soon as the shaft 4 rotates, the balls 6 are thrown radially outward as a result of centrifugal force and the plates 11, which are arranged at a smaller distance from each other, than the radius of action of the krei sending balls is held, are struck by these in rapid succession.

Instead of the mechanical drive, a manually operated mechanism can be provided. Middle of the handwheel 16 is by a shaft that runs in the bearing block 15, the conical pair of gears 17 and 18 and thus the shaft 4 in Rota tion. To generate different tones, the tone-emitting bodies are differently sized and shaped.
