Description

  

  Fussbodenbelag aus Gummi mit gegen Schall und Kälte isolierender     Unterlage.       Die bisher bekannten Fussbodenbeläge  ans Gummi, als Überzug auf Betonunterlagen,  armierte Decken oder Holzböden zur Isolie  rung gegen Schall und Kälte haben den  Nachteil, dass sie schlecht isolieren und zu  dem oft wellig werden, was eine ungleiche  Abnutzung verursacht.  



  Der Fussbodenbelag     aus        (Gummi    mit iso  lierender Unterlage gemäss der Erfindung  besteht aus einer Schicht Korkmasse und  einem auf diese     Schieht    aufgeleimten Gummi  belag.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines Bodenbela  ges gemäss der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung  dargestellt, und zwar veranschaulicht 1 die  gegen Schall und Kälte isolierende Unterlage;  die aus Korkmasse besteht. Über diese Schicht  ist mittelst der Leimschicht 2 der mit einem  Jutegewebe 3 versehene Gummibelag 4 auf  geleimt.

   Gegenüber bisherigen Gummi-     bezw.          Linoleumfussbodenbelägen    hat dieser Fuss  bodenbelag den Vorteil, dass er gegen Schall  und Kälte ausserordentlich gut isoliert, und    da das     Jutegewebe    3 auf der Unterseite auf  den Gummibelag     aufvulkanisiert    ist, wird,  da dadurch ein gleichmässig gutes Aufleimen  ermöglicht wird, ein     Welligwerden    des G     um-          mibelages    verunmöglicht.  



  Die Herstellung des Fussbodens kann auf  folgende Weise erfolgen  Zuerst wird auf den Holz- oder Beton  boden die Korkmasse, die beispielsweise aus  Korkstücken bestehen kann, aufgetragen.  Alsdann wird der mit dem Juteüberzug ver  sehene Gummibelag auf die Korkschicht auf  geleimt. Auf diese Art ist die Aufgabe ge  löst, einen elastischen, gegen Schall und  Feuchtigkeit isolierenden Bodenbelag von  grösster     Haltbarkeit    zu schaffen.

Linoleum floor coverings, this floor covering has the advantage that it insulates extremely well against noise and cold, and since the jute fabric 3 is vulcanised onto the rubber covering on the underside, the rubber covering becomes wavy, as this enables uniformly good gluing impossible.



  The production of the floor can be done in the following way. First, the cork mass, which can consist of cork pieces, is applied to the wooden or concrete floor. Then the rubber covering provided with the jute cover is glued onto the cork layer. PATENTANSPRUCH: Fussbodenbelag aus Gummi mit gegen Schall und Kälte isolierender Unterlage, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bodenbelag aus einer Schicht Korkmasse und einem auf diese Schicht aufgeleimten Gummibelag be steht. UNTERANSPRUCH: Fussbodenbelag aus Gummi mit gegen Schall und Kälte isolierender Unterlage nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gummibelag mit einem Jutegewebe ver sehen ist, das mit der 'Unterseite des Gummi belages durch Vulkanisieren verbunden ist.
