Laminated sheet metal body for electrical machines. The invention relates to laminated sheet metal bodies for stators and rotors of electrical machines with ventilation slots between the individual laminated cores and with ventilation webs positioned radially in these slots, and to a method for producing such sheet metal bodies.
In the manufacture of such sheet metal bodies, the difficulty arises in getting the metal sheets sufficiently tight at the end of the teeth of the sheet metal bodies. It always turns out that the teeth are not pressed firmly enough even if the pressure is sufficient to hold the laminated stacks together. To avoid this, the individual metal sheets have already been given a certain bias on the toothed edges. This process is cumbersome.
According to the invention, the ventilation webs at the end facing the teeth of the sheet metal body are widened in a wedge shape to achieve a sufficient pressure on the toothed edges of the laminated core.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the invention is shown schematically in Fig. 1 in longitudinal section through a sheet metal body; Fig. 2 shows the widened end of a special kind of ventilation bar.
In Fig. 1, a1, a2 are two layered laminated cores of a toothed rotor or stator of an electrical machine, between which there is a ventilation slot with the width x1, in which ventilation webs b made of sheet metal are attached radially. The end of the ventilation webs facing the teeth on the outer or inner edge of the laminated core is widened in a wedge shape to the amount x2, so that a pressure is exerted on the teeth.
The wedge-shaped end of the ventilation webs exerting the pressure is expediently drawn out like a cutting edge, whereby their ventilation effect is significantly improved. To produce such sheet metal bodies, the ventilation webs can be inserted in a wedge shape and the sheet metal body pressed onto it, or the procedure can also be such that the wedge shape of the ventilation webs is only produced after the layering and pressing of the finished sheet metal body by special Tools are pressed into the ends of the ventilation bars notches c as shown in Fig. 2.
