AC solenoid, especially for remote-controlled switches. It is known to provide a magnet system whose excitation takes place through alternating current with a so-called short-circuit winding, calming winding or short-circuit ring. In general, this arrangement is used for zero-voltage releases, as well as pull and holding magnets, which are excited by alternating current. Such windings respectively. Rings consist in most cases of a copper ring, which includes part of the magnetic iron at the transition point between the stationary magnet system and .dem anchor.
The calming ring, which can be arranged either on the stationary magnet part or on the armature, causes a shift in the magnetic flux in the part of the iron cross-section it encompasses at the transition point between the two compared to the main magnetic flux that flows through the remaining part. of the iron cross section passes through it. This shift results in an increase in the holding force.
In addition, by using a short-circuit ring, noiseless operation can be achieved with AC magnets, which means that the unpleasant "hum" is eliminated. In the event that a short-circuit ring is not sufficient, several such rings have been provided at the transition point from the fixed magnetic part to the armature.
The invention relates to an alternating current magnet, namely one for remotely operated switches, in .dem at a transition point from the fixed magnet part to the armature several short-circuit rings causing an increase in the force of the magnet are provided.
According to the invention, Kurzsühluss® rings, which encompass only part of the iron cross-section, are offset from one another in such a way that part of the magnetic flux does not pass through any of the rings and part through the rings, while other parts of the magnetic flux pass through the rings Assert rings independently.
In the drawing, a magnet system of known type with two calming rings at the transition point from the fixed magnet part to the armature in a Senkreclltschnitt and a view from below is shown in Figs. 3 to 5, while in Figs. 3 to 5, two Ausführungsbei play the invention are illustrated. 3 and 4 are associated cracks: of the first embodiment.
1, 3 and 5 are vertical sections, but in them only the cut copper surface, but not. The cut iron surface hatched in order not to affect the clarity of the Dar position.
According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the two calming rings 1 and 2 are attached to the armature A, which is rotatable about the point B and on which the spring C acts. The armature A is attracted to the stationary magnetic part D. Thanks to the short-circuit or calming rings 1 and 2, the three phase-shifted magnetic flux components 01; A, Os.
In the magnet according to FIGS. 3 to 5, a considerable increase in the holding force is achieved compared to the known device, provided that the number of short-circuit rings is the same. The increase in the holding force is evidently due to the fact that, assuming the same number of short-circuit rings as in the known arrangement, there is a more phase-shifted magnetic flux component, which causes the resulting magnetic flux to be more identical in its characteristics current flow approaches at which, as is known, the tensile force reaches its maximum.
The arrangement can be made according to .den Fig. 3 and 4 so that .the two calming rings 1, 2 on the same iron core - fixed magnetic part or anchor - are attached. On the other hand, according to FIG. 5, a short-circuit ring 1b, 2b can be attached to the stationary magnetic part D and: yes, the other ring 2a can be attached to the movable armature A.
It is only essential that the bypass rings are arranged so that they are offset from one another in such a way that they are partially passed through by a common magnetic flux and the other by an independent magnetic flux and part of the magnetic flux does not pass through any of the rings. In the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 3 to 5, the four phase-shifted flag flow components 01, 0s, Os and 04 arise.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the short-circuit rings 1b, 2a and 2b, Yes are obviously separated from one another, whereas in the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the ring 2: partially penetrates the ring 1. However, this causes manufacturing difficulties, which is why it is better to attach a short-circuit ring to the fixed magnet part and a second short-circuit ring to the armature.
If the fixed magnet part and the armature have the same external dimensions, such as in a three-leg system, aufwei sen, the arrangement is expediently chosen with respect to the position of the short-circuit rings as shown in FIG. 5. When the two halves A, D are separated, the magnet system has three air gaps, of which the two outer gaps each have two short-circuit rings. The arrangement of the rings at these two air gaps is mirror-inverted with respect to: the column.
Of the middle rings 2a, 2b, the left one is provided below and the right one above. Of the eccentrically arranged rings yes, 1b the left one is arranged at the top and the right one at the bottom.
At each of the air gaps, a ring is attached to the stationary magnet part D and a second ring is attached to the armature A, where the stationary iron core A and the armature B consist of laminated laminations of the same design. This is of great advantage because the same punching tool can be used both for the production of the armature A and for the production of the fixed magnetic part D. The advantage achieved by the invention is particularly important with regard to remotely operated switches. With such switches with holding magnets, the pulling and holding force is decisive for the rated current of the switching device.
Up until now, one was forced to use relatively large holding magnets in remote switches with a larger nominal current. This also increased the dimensions of the entire switch. When using the new arrangement, the same tensile force is achieved with a significantly smaller iron cross-section. Quite apart from the fact that it saves a lot of space, it also reduces the diameter of the exciter winding, which is used to generate the main magnetic flow (h2, so that copper is also saved.
Of course, you can also get by with lower excitation currents than before.
