Description
Bauplatte für die Herstellung von Wänden, Decken, Belägen und dergleiehen. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Bauplatte für die Herstellung von Wänden, Decken, Belägen und dergleichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieselbe aus einem festen Grundstoff besteht, in welchem wenigstens zwei kreuzweise verlegte Schich ten von Armierungsstäben eingelegt sind.
Der Grundstoff kann beispielsweise aus Zement, Gips, Gips mit Zement, Magnesit und dergleichen Materialien bestehen.
Diese Materialien können noch Beimengun gen enthalten, welche dieselben fester, porö ser oder leichter machen.
Als solche Beimengungen kommen in Be tracht: Sägemehl, Schlacke, Ziegelsteinpul- ver und dergleichen.
Die Stäbe der kreuzweise verlegten Schich ten können beispielsweise aus Schilfrohr be stehen, lose eingelegt oder in Form von Schilfrohrmatten, gebunden mit Draht oder Schnüren.
Die kreuzweise verlegten Schichten der Armierungsstäbe können auch wellenförmig verlegt werden. Neben den Stabschichten können im Grundstoff noch Hohlräume vorhanden sein.
Zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfin dungsgegenstandes sind auf dem beiliegen den Zeichnungsblatt dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine solche Platte, mit zum Teil blossgelegter Stabschicht in der Ansicht; Fig. 2 ist die Seitenansicht und Fig. 31 der zugehörige Grundriss; Fig. 4 zeigt den Grundriss einer von Hohl räumen durchsetzten Platte mit drei Ar- mierungsschichten, von welchen die mittlere wellenförmig ist.
1 sind die Armierungsstäbe, welche voll oder hohl sein können. In den vorstehen den Ausführungsbeispielen sind Schilfstäbe vorgesehen und 2: sind die Verbindungs- drähte der einzelnen Schilfrohrstäbe. 3. ist der Grundstoff, in welchem die Armierungs- stabsehichten eingebettet sind. Bei allen Figuren sind drei Stabschichten vorhanden. Es können aber auch mehr vorhanden sein. Je dicker die Platte ist, um so mehr Ar- mierungsschichten kommen in Betracht.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach der Fig. 4 sind vier Kanäle, welche beispielsweise pa rallel zur mittleren Armierungsschicht, wel che wellenförmig ist, verlaufen.
Die Armierungsstäbe, beziehungsweise die Armierungsstabschichten erteilen der Platte, dadurch, dass dieselben kreuzweise gegeneinander verlegt sind, eine grosse Sta bilität, ähnlich derjenigen einer Sperrholz platte. Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung las sen sich Platten herstellen, die leicht, beson ders dann, wenn in denselben noch Hohl räume vorhanden sind, unverbrennbar, wenn die Armierungsstäbe in einem unverbrenn- baren Material eingebettet sind, und säg- und nagelbar sind.
Versuche mit Alusterplatten haben gezeigt, dass sie sich bei einseitiger Erwärmung nicht werfen und die Wärme sehr schlecht leiten.
Die Stäbe der verschiedenen Stabschich- ten brauchen nicht senkrecht zueinander zu stehen, sie können auch schräg gegeneinander verlegt werden.

The subject of the present invention is a building board for the production of walls, ceilings, coverings and the like, characterized in that it consists of a solid base material in which at least two crosswise layers of reinforcing rods are inserted.
The base material can for example consist of cement, plaster of paris, plaster of paris with cement, magnesite and similar materials.
These materials can also contain additives that make them stronger, more porous or lighter.
Such admixtures include: sawdust, slag, brick powder and the like.
The rods of the layers laid crosswise can be made of reed, for example, loosely inserted or in the form of reed mats, tied with wire or cord.
The crosswise laid layers of the reinforcing bars can also be laid in waves. In addition to the rod layers, cavities can also be present in the base material.
Two embodiments of the invention are shown on the accompanying drawing sheet.
1 shows such a plate, with the rod layer partially exposed, in a view; Fig. 2 is the side view and Fig. 31 is the associated plan; 4 shows the plan of a plate interspersed with cavities with three reinforcement layers, of which the middle one is undulating.
1 are the reinforcement bars, which can be full or hollow. In the above embodiments, reed sticks are provided and 2: are the connecting wires of the individual reed sticks. 3. is the base material in which the reinforcement bar layers are embedded. All figures have three layers of sticks. But there can also be more. The thicker the board, the more reinforcement layers can be used.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, there are four channels which, for example, run parallel to the central reinforcement layer, which surface is undulating.
The reinforcing bars or reinforcing bar layers give the board a great stability, similar to that of a plywood board, by virtue of the fact that they are laid crosswise against one another. According to the present invention, panels can be produced which are easy, especially if there are still cavities in them, incombustible if the reinforcing bars are embedded in an incombustible material and can be sawn and nailed.
Tests with aluminum plates have shown that they do not throw themselves when heated on one side and that they conduct heat very poorly.
The bars of the different bar layers do not need to be perpendicular to one another, they can also be laid diagonally against one another.
