Description

  

      Brennstoffeinspritzeinrichtung    für     Breunkraftmaschinen.       Die Erfindung     betrifft    eine     Brennstoffein-          spritzeinrichtung    für     Brennkraftrnaschinen,     deren Einspritzorgan nicht nur vorn Brenn  stoff beim Passieren des     Einspritzkanals    ge  kühlt wird, und besteht darin, dass ein vom  Einspritzkanal getrennter Kühlraum des     Ein-          spritzorgans    in die Saugleitung der Brenn  stoffpumpe eingeschaltet ist, so dass es von  dem durch die     Brennstoffpumpe    angesaugten  Brennstoff durchströmt wird.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs  gegenstandes ist auf der Zeichnung im Schnitt  zur Darstellung gebracht.  



  a ist der Arbeitszylinder, b der Arbeits  kolben und c der Zylinderdeckel einer nicht  weiter gezeichneten     Einspritzbrennkraftma-          schine,    in deren Verbrennungsraum d der  Brennstoff durch eine gekühlte Einspritzdüse  e mit einem Einspritzkanal, der sich kurz vor  der     Ausmündung    verzweigt, mittelst der  Brennstoffpumpe f eingespritzt wird, deren  Saugleitung mit g und deren Druckleitung  mit lt bezeichnet ist. Der Kühlraum i der  Einspritzdüse ist durch Kanäle<I>k</I> und<B>1</B> so in    die Saugleitung der Pumpe eingebaut, dass in  ihm der zur Pumpe strömende Brennstoff als  Kühlmittel wirkt.

   Dadurch wird das     Einspritz-          organ    unter Vermeidung sowohl einer Rück  kühlung des Kühlmittels, als auch einer Unter  drucksetzung des Kühlraumes mit dem Brenn  stoff selbst wirksam gekühlt. Natürlich könnte  das Einspritzorgan auch mehrere getrennte  Einspritzkanäle besitzen.

The cooling space i of the injection nozzle is built into the suction line of the pump through channels <I> k </I> and <B> 1 </B> in such a way that the fuel flowing to the pump acts as a coolant in it.

   As a result, the injector is effectively cooled with the fuel itself, while avoiding both back cooling of the coolant and pressurization of the cooling space. Of course, the injection element could also have several separate injection channels.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Brennstoffeinspritzeinrichtung für Brenn- kraftmaschinen, deren Einspritzorgan nicht nur vom Brennstoff beim Passieren des Ein- spritzkanals gekühlt wird, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass ein vom Einspritzkanal getrenn ter Kühlraum des Einspritzorgans in die Saugleitung der Brennstoffpumpe eingeschal tet ist, so dass er von dem durch die Brenn stoffpumpe angesaugten Brennstoff durch strömt wird.
