Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes zeigt die beiliegende Zeichnung. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch die Pumpe, Fig. 2 in grösserem Massstab den Steuer schieber der Druckseite der Pumpe nach Fig. 1, im Längsschnitt, Fig. 3 den Antrieb der Hauptwelle II der Pumpe gemäss Fig. 1, teils im Schnitt, teils in Ansicht, die Fig. 4 im linken Teil einen Schnitt nach der Linie a-b der Fig. 1 und im rechten Teil einen Schnitt nach der Linie c-d der Fig. 1, wobei gewisse, in der Fig. 1 ersieht- liehe Teile weggelassen sind, Fig. 5 einen wagrechten Schnitt nach der Linie e-f der Fig. 4, wobei das äussere Ge häuse -weggelassen ist; Fig. <B>6</B> zeigt die Steuerung diagramma tisch;
Liquid pump. The invention relates to a liquid pump with two slide pistons, one of which controls the suction opening, the other controls the pressure opening, as it can be used advantageously for very high operating pressures.
According to the invention, the slide controlling the pressure opening is mounted on the Sehlieber rod so that it can be displaced in its longitudinal direction counter to a spring force. As a result of this design, the pressure opening controlling slide can set different sizes of fillings without the Ent are dangerously high pressures in the pump, and the pump can work with high numbers of revolutions, taking into account the suddenness with which the spring begins to play.
The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment of the subject invention. 1 shows a cross-section through the pump, FIG. 2 shows, on a larger scale, the control slide of the pressure side of the pump according to FIG. 1, in longitudinal section, FIG. 3 shows the drive of the main shaft II of the pump according to FIG. 1, partly in Section, partly in elevation, FIG. 4 in the left part a section along the line from FIG. 1 and in the right part a section along the line cd of FIG. 1, with certain parts shown in FIG. 1 are omitted, FIG. 5 shows a horizontal section along the line ef of FIG. 4, the outer housing being omitted; Fig. 6 shows the control diagrammatically;
Fig. 7 shows a cross-section of a device for automatically regulating the pressure in the pump according to Figs. 1 to 5
From the shaft II of the pump according to FIGS. <B> 1 </B> to <B> 5 </B> there are three single pumps via three identical eccentric drives that are angularly offset against one another B> A, </B> B and C actuated. One of these individual pumps is shown in section in FIG. The cranked shaft II drives the cross head 15 via the rod 13 and the cross head pin 14. The cross head is connected to the piston 61 with the laterally displaceable base 16 interposed. The tensile forces are transmitted by the dovetail guide 17. 3 'is the suction chamber of the individual pump shown in Fig. 1, in wel chen the liquid from the container 32 through the opening 54 has access.
The pressurized fluid escapes through the pressure channel 4. The suction channel 3 'is controlled by the cylindrical piston 101 of a slide 99, on the left end of which the compression spring 18 acts. The slide 99 be consists of two expanded cylindrical parts 101 and 103, two tapered cylin drical parts 10 and 10 'and two conical parts on both sides of the cylindrical part 10. The end of the shaft 10' carries a Diehtungskolben 12, which the slide channel the right side locks. The cylindrical slide 11 controlling the channel 4 ′ rests against the bead 103. This slide 11 is on the shaft 10 'against the pressure of the spring 21 slidably ge superimposed. The spring 21 constantly presses the slide 11 against the bead 103. The slide 11 is provided with a flange 22 that extends over the bead 103.
The other end of the spring 21 lays against the sealing piston 12. The flange 22 of the control slide valve 11 surrounds the shoulder 103.
The eccentric disk 20 wedged on the shaft 19 engages the sealing piston 12.
The control shaft 19, which carries the eccentric 20, is driven by the toothed gear 24, 25 according to FIG. The gear wheel 25 rotates loosely around the stationary shaft 26 and is driven by the chain wheel 28, which is wedged on the main shaft II, via the chain 27. The control shaft 19 is mounted in arms 191, which can be oscillated about the fixed shaft 26 in the sense of the Pleils 30. The arms 191 are held by the device described below with reference to FIG. 7 and controls ge.
The three single pumps work in parallel. For this purpose, the pressure chambers 4 'of the individual pumps are connected to each other via the common bore IV of FIG. In order to dampen the pulsation of the liquid being pumped, a liquid-filled container 74 of the appropriate size is switched into line IV. This acts as a capacitance and ogleicht the rapid pressure fluctuations of the line IV through its elastic changes in space.
It has been known since the investigations by L. AllMvi (1903) that liquids are elastic, i.e. compressible, agents. The specific space reduction of Sehmier oil is ss = 0.0000778. Accordingly, the volume of <B> 1 </B> liters of lubricating oil takes <B> 9-00 </B> Aim. by <B> 15.5 </B> cm '.
For example, a flask with a diameter of 2 cm can be placed around <B> 5 </B> a vessel completely filled with <B> 1 </B> liters of Sehmier oil under 200 atmospheres. are pressed in, whereby work is stored in the liquid <B> 1570 </B> emkg. With the high number of revolutions and very high operating pressures of the present pump, this known phenomenon is made usable with the application of the liquid capacities known per se.
The same are also the suction chambers <B> 3 '</B> of the three single pumps <B> <I> A, </I> </B> <I> B, <B> C </B> </I> also connected to each other, for which purpose channel III is used. If the pump is running quickly, with very high speeds occurring in the suction channel, then there is a risk of the column of liquid being sucked in, since the atmospheric pressure is not sufficient to generate very high liquid speeds. In order to prevent this, a pressure vessel <B> 75 </B> as described above is also provided in this line, to which the liquid is fed, if necessary, by a pump. The spaces <B> 3 '</B> of the pumps <B><I>A,</I></B> <I> B, <B> C </B> </I> are above the bores 54 connected to the interior of the liquid container 32 (Fig. 1).
The container 32 also forms the housing of the pump.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 5, the cylinder bores of the pump, furthermore the bores for the control piston 99 and bores III and IV, are parallel to one another and respectively. seven in groups perpendicular to each other. It is therefore easily possible to work out all of these bores in a single forged block 31.
If the shaft II is rotated (FIGS. 1 and 4), the cranks offset by 120 'move the pistons 61, while the control shaft 19, driven by the chain 27 and the gears 25, 24, respectively. the eccentrics 20 arranged on this shaft move the control slide 99. The relative position of the piston 61 and the associated Sehiieber 99 is at full operation, at which the pressure also reaches an adjustable maximum value, such as shown in Fig. 6, in which in the dead center positions of the calves the slides are in the middle position and the pistons move back and forth as they go up and down, the pump sucking during the entire suction stroke and exhausting during the entire pressure stroke.
If for some reason the pressure exceeds the set maximum value, there is a decrease in the flow rate, depending on the pressure in the pressure line through, automatic displacement of the slide 99 from the central position (Fig. 1 and 2). The device for automatically pushing the slide 99 has according to FIG. 7 a in the plane g-h of the wrought iron block (FIG. 4), in the bore 33 before seen differential piston 34. The cylinder chamber <B> 35 </B> is connected to the pressure chamber 4 'of the pump via the bores 36, 361 and 362. The channel 361 is closed by a ball valve 37. The piston 34 protrudes from the bore 33 at both ends. One arm of the angle lever 38, the other end of which is articulated to the spindle 421, rests on the left end of the calving.
On the spindle 421, the nut 42, which is attached to the spring 391, can be rotated by means of the Hland wheel 40 and fork coupling 41. The spring is supported on the console 39 of the housing. By turning the main wheel, the spring 391 can be given different pretensions, whereby the maximum pressure of the pump can also be set. The right end of the differential piston 34 is connected to the control shaft 19 via the joint 431 and the bearing 43.
If an impermissibly high pressure occurs in the pressure chamber 4 ', it propagates through the bores 362, 361 and 36 into the cylinder chamber 35 and presses the piston 34 to the left against the pressure of the spring 391 . Here, the control shaft 19 is also adjusted to the left via the connection 431, 43, as a result of which the slide 99 is also shifted to the left from its original position. When the pressure in space 4 'then falls, the spring 391 leads the differential piston back into the limit position shown in FIG. 77.
So that these movements of the differential piston do not take place at impermissible speeds and so that no harmful impacts occur, the channel for the fluid flow is throttled. For this purpose the un- Z, u 'closing ball valve 37,
which exactly se eD allows only a slow return flow of the liquid when the piston 34 is returned. When the slide <B> 99 </B> is displaced, in the dead center position of the piston <B> 61 </B> it is no longer in the middle position, but rather lies to the left of this position. Then the space <B> 5 '</B> will be in connection with the sow channel <B> 3' </B> for a longer time than would correspond to the full stroke of the piston <B> 61 </B> .
Since the time during which the Rauili <B> 5 '</B> is in connection with the pressure channel 4' is correspondingly shorter, and so the, device, <B> in </B> this channel becomes fewer Promote fluidity than is the case with the first mentioned lace of Seliieber. <B> The </B> conveyance into the space 4 'only begins when the slide <B> 99 </B> is moved to the right so far that the part 101 blocks the channel 3'.
So if you see the control slide shifts to the left by an amount equal to that of half the slide stroke, then the pump does not convey any liquid speed, since the suction chamber 3 'is not closed and the pressure chamber 4' is not opened.
From the moment when the part 101 of the slide <B> 99 </B> blocks the space <B> 3 '</B>, the liquid under pressure in the space <B> 5' </B> moves the piston 61 the sealing slide over 11 against the spring 21 until the water opens the pressure channel 4 '. In this case, harmful pressure cannot arise in space 5 '.
The mode of operation of the transmission can be seen in FIG. The piston 61 proceeding from the upper dead center position rotates clockwise in the direction of the arrow and sucks from the dead center position to the lower dead center position, that is during one rotation of 180 '. When the piston moves upwards, it presses the sucked-in liquid into the pressure channel 4 'during a further cycle of 180'.
If the control spool piston is shifted to the left, so that a pre-opening is created on the suction side and a positive overlap on the pressure side, then the suction channel opens before the piston 61 reaches the top dead center, whereby the pressure channel 4 'is closed at the same time. The pump pushes liquid back into the suction opening. This pre-opening he follows according to FIG. 6 in the crank position n. The pump then sucks from the top dead center position to the bottom dead center position, and since the suction channel has not yet closed in this piston position, but this closing only takes place at m, i presses the piston 61 returns part of the sucked-in liquid into the suction channel until it is closed again in the crank position.
An actual liquid pumping therefore takes place <B> only </B> on the route from m to n, which is denoted by A 'in the drawing. You can of course move the central position of the control slide by half the stroke of the slide to the left. Then the points in and n <U> coincide, </U> which means that the pressure channel is not even opened <B> in </B> during a complete cycle of the crank.
