Zusammensetzbarer Knopf, insbesondere für Kleidungsstücke. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein zusammensetzbarer Knopf, insbesondere für Kleidungsstücke, der aus zwei miteinander verschraubten Teilen besteht. Bekannte Knöpfe dieser Art haben den Nachteil, mit der Zeit den Stoff zu zerreissen, da der Knopf ent weder infolge ungenügender Klemmwirkung nur mittelst des Schraubenbolzens im Stoff gehalten ist oder bei genügender Klemm wirkung des Knopfes diese Wirkung durch den Stoff beschädigende Selbsthemmungs- mittel für die beiden Teile des Knopfes in ihrer Befestigungslage am Stoff hervorge bracht ist.
Bei Knöpfen zum Anhängen der Hosenträger macht sich dies besonders stark geltend.
Dieser Nachteil wird beim Knopf gemäss der Erfindung dadurch beseitigt, dass an den dem Stoff zugekehrten Seiten der beiden Teile Angriffsflächen für den Stoff bildende komplementäre Elemente vorgesehen sind, welche Flächen beim Zusammenschrauben der Teile den Knopf unter Selbsthemmung oline Beschädigung des Stoffes an diesem festhalten.
Hierbei kann der Knopf, wenn er als Hosenknopf für den eingangs erwähnten Zweck bestimmt ist, auch mit einem ab nehmbaren Haken zum Einhängen der Schlau fen der Unterhosen versehen sein.
Zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungs gegenstandes sind in der Zeichnung darge stellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 und 2 einen Knopf nach einer ersten Ausführungsform in perspektivischer Ansicht; Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen Schnitte zu Fig. 1 bezw. 2, und Fig. b ist ein Querschnitt dieses Knopfes; Fig. 6 zeigt einen Knopf nach einer wei teren Ausführungsform teils im Schnitt, teils in Seitenansicht, und Fig. 7 eine Vorderansicht desselben.
Der in Fig. 1-b dargestellte Knopf be steht aus zwei Teilen, und zwar einem Kopf teil 1 und einem Unterteil 2, welcher mit- telst der durch den Stoff S hindurchgehenden Schraube 3 in den Kopfteil eingeschraubt ist. Zwecks Erleichterung des Einschraubens ist der Kopfteil am Rande 111 ränderiert, und der Unterteil 2 hat einen Querschlitz 211 zum Ansetzen eines Schraubenziehers oder der gleichen.
Der Kopfteil hat an der Innenseite eine ringförmige Erhöhung 1b, die an der dem Stoff zugekehrten Seite einen Rand konus mit abgerundetem Übergang in diese Seite besitzt, und der Unterteil hat an der Innenseite eine entsprechende Vertiefung 2b, und es ist der Stoff ,S zwischen den An griffsflächen dieser beiden komplementären Elemente so eingepresst, dass nicht nur die Schraube 3 den Knopf am Stoff trägt, son dern der Knopf unter Selbsthemmung seiner Teile ohne Beschädigung des Stoffes durch die Angriffsflächen an letzterem festgehalten ist.
Der Unterteil hat am Umfang eine Rille 2 , in welche ein federnder Drahthaken 4 hineingedrückt werden kann. Dieser Draht haken dient zum Einhängen der Schlaufen der Unterhose, während der Hosenträger auf übliche Weise am Knopf befestigt wird.
Bei dem in Fig. 6 und 7 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Kopfteil 10 mit- telst einer den Unterteil bildenden Kopf schraube 11 am Stoff befestigt, und unter dem Kopf der Schraube<B>11</B> -ist ein Blech haken 12 befestigt.
An der Innenseite hat der Haken 12 eine rillenförmige Ringnut 1211 und in diese ragt ein an der Innenseite des Kopfteils 10 befindlicher entsprechender, zur Schraube konzentrischer Ringwulst 10a mit abgerundetem Kamm und von dreieckigem Querschnitt hinein, so dass wiederum der Stoff<B>8</B> zwischen beiden Elementen unter Selbsthemmung der Knopfteile eingepresst und der Knopf am Stoff ohne Beschädigung des letzteren durch deren Angriffsflächen festgehalten ist. Der Rand des Kopfteils ist ebenfalls ränderiert und der die Schraube aufweisende Unterteil 11 hat am Kopf einen Querschlitz.
Statt des Drahthakens 4 bezw. des Blech hakens 12a kann zur Befestigung der Unter- pose zum Beispiel auch nur eine einfache Stofflitze mit umlegbarem, an der Litze mit- telst eines Druckknopfes befestigbarem Ende verwendet werden. Das andere Ende der Litze wird dabei zwischen den Knopfunter teil und den Stoff gelegt und beim Zusam menziehen der beiden Knopfteile durch die diese verbindende Schraubenverbindung am Knopf befestigt.
Bei dieser Anordnung er übrigt sich im Falle des Ausführungsbeispiels gemäss den Fig. 1-5 die Rille 2e und im Falle des Beispiels nach den Fig. 6 und 7 wird der Knopfunterteil 11 selbst auf der Rückseite mit der Ringnut 1211 versehen.
Zum Zwecke, dem Knopf ein gefälligeres Aussehen zu geben, kann die Ränderierung des Kopfteils weggelassen werden. Aus dem gleichen Grunde kann auch der Querschlitz im Kopfunterteil weggelassen und statt dessen dieser Teil mit einer geraubten Aussenfläche versehen werden. Ein solcher Knopf kann durch Zusammenschrauben von blosser Hand am Stoff befestigt werden.

The button shown in FIG. 1-b consists of two parts, namely a head part 1 and a lower part 2, which is screwed into the head part by means of the screw 3 passing through the material S.
