Description

  

  Ovales Rohr für     Gefrierplatten    künstlicher Eisbahnen.    Die Erfindung betrifft ein ovales Rohr  für Gefrierplatten künstlicher Eisbahnen.  Bereits eine Gefrierplatte von normaler  Grösse weist viele Hunderte solcher von  einem gekühlten Kälteträger, vorzugsweise  gekühlter Salzsohle, durchflossener Platten  rohre auf. Der Preis dieser Rohre spielt in  folgedessen hinsichtlich der Gestehungs  kosten der Gefrierplatte eine wichtige Rolle.  Zweck der Erfindung ist nun, ein ovales  Rohr für     Gefrierplatten    zu schaffen, das bil  lig und in beliebiger Länge     herstellbar    ist.  Zu diesem Behufe ist das ovale Rohr gemäss  der Erfindung aus einem Flacheisen zusam  mengebogen und auf der einen flachen Seite  in der Längsrichtung verschweisst.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungs  form des Erfindungsgegenstandes beispiels  weise veranschaulicht, und zwar zeigt die  Figur einen     Querschnitt    durch einen Teil  einer     Gefrierplatte.     



  1 bezeichnet ovale Gefrierrohre der Ge  frierplatte für künstliche     Eisbahnen;    diese  Rohre 1 sind an nicht gezeigte Rohre zum    Zuführen und Abführen von Salzsole an  geschlossen. Jedes Rohr 1 ist gemäss der Er  findung aus einem Flacheisen zusammen  gebogen und auf der einen flachen Seite, wie  bei 8 gezeigt, in der Längsrichtung ver  schweisst. Dadurch, dass die     Verschweissung     auf der flachen Seite und nicht auf einer ab  gerundeten Seite des Rohres 1 vorgenommen  wird, wird durch das Schweissen die Festig  keit des Rohres nicht beeinträchtigt, da an  den betreffenden Stellen die im Rohr vor  kommenden kleinsten     Spannungen    vorhan  den sind.  



  . Der     Vollständigkeit    halber sei noch       erwärhnt,    dass 2 zum Tragen der Gefrier  rohre 1 dienende     Auflegstreifen    bezeichnet.  Diese Streifen 2 sind mit Einpressungen 3  versehen, deren Querschnitt einem Teil des       Querschnittes    der Gefrierrohre 1 entspricht.  so dass diese satt in die Einpressungen 3 zu  liegen kommen, wodurch zugleich die ge  wünschte Distanzierung zwischen den     Ge-          frierrohren    1 gesichert ist.

   Die Auflegestrei  fen 2 sind in nicht gezeigter Weise an einer           tetonplatte    5, die     beispielsweise    aus Zellen  beton bestehen kann, verankert, also in ihrer  Lage gesichert. 6 bezeichnet eine     Sandschüt-          tung,    welche die nicht von den Einpressun  gen 3 umfassten Teile der Gefrierrohre 1 be  deckt.
