Rohrschelle. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Rohrschelle, welche zum Verbinden von Rohrleitungen, sowie zum Anschliessen von Gummischläuchen verwendbar ist. Er findungsgemäss wird die Rohrschelle gebildet durch ein Metallband, welches in der Längs richtung mit mehreren Rasten und mit einem Querschlitz in einer Erweiterung versehen ist. Bei Gebrauch kann der eine Endteil des Metallbandes durch den Querschlitz geführt werden, wobei durch Anschlag einer der Rasten die Rohrschelle in der Verschluss- stellung gehalten wird.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform und in zwei Varianten dar gestellt, und es zeigt von derselben Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht, und Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht mit teilweisem Schnitt, Fig. 3 eine erste Variante in Seiten ansicht, und Fig. 4 einen Längsschnitt dazu, Fig.5 eine zweite Variante in Seiten ansicht, und Fig. 6 einen Längsschnitt dazu.
1 ist ein Metallband, welches zweckmässig aus rostfreiem Material, wie Weissblech etc. besteht, dessen eines Ende mit einer Er weiterung 2, das andere dagegen mit einer Verjüngung 3 versehen ist. Die Erweiterung 2 besitzt einen Querschlitz 4, durch den das Metallband geführt werden kann. In der Längsrichtung des Metallbandes sind in regel mässigen Abständen zueinander Rasten 5 angebracht, welche auf der einen Bandseite vorstehen. Die Rasten werden durch zahn artige Ausstanzungen gebildet und haben die Form von Pfeilzähnen. In Gebrauchslage liegt der Kante 6 des Querschlitzes die innere Zahnflanke einer der Rasten an, so dass das Metallband ohne besondere Hilfs mittel in der gebundenen Stellung gehalten wird.
Zwecks Verbindung zweier Rohrteile 7, 8 oder Festklemmung eines Gummischlauches auf einem Verbindungsstück legt man das Metallband 1 um das äussere Stück 7, führt das Ende mit der Verjüngung 3 .durch den Querschlitz 4 der Erweiterung 2 ein und zieht soweit als möglich an. Eine der Rasten 5 kommt dabei der gante 6 anzuliegen und bewirkt ein Festhalten in dieser angespannten Verbindungsstellung.
Die zahnartigen, die Rasten 5 bildenden Ausstanzungen im Metallband 1 können auch bogenförmig oder rechteckig gehalten sein, wie die Fig. 3 und 4 beziehungsweise 5 und 6 erkennen lassen.
Das freie Ende des Metallbandes kann man auch auf die Gegenseite umbiegen, so dass dasselbe gegenüber der in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Art linksseits liegt.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand kann beispiels weise beim Isolieren von Zentralheizungs- fern- und Wasserleitungen verwendet werden. Der Isolierkarton lässt sich durch die Rohr schelle rasch festhalten und nach erfolgtem Bandagieren schnell wieder entfernen.
Pipe clamp. The subject matter of the present invention is a pipe clamp which can be used for connecting pipes and for connecting rubber hoses. 1 is a metal strip, which is expediently made of rust-free material, such as tinplate, etc., one end of which is provided with an extension 2, while the other is provided with a taper 3. The extension 2 has a transverse slot 4 through which the metal strip can be guided. In the longitudinal direction of the metal band, notches 5 are attached to each other at regular intervals, which protrude on one side of the band. The notches are formed by tooth-like punchings and have the shape of arrow teeth. In the position of use, the edge 6 of the transverse slot rests against the inner tooth flank of one of the notches, so that the metal band is held in the bound position without any special aids.
For the purpose of connecting two pipe parts 7, 8 or clamping a rubber hose on a connecting piece, place the metal band 1 around the outer piece 7, insert the end with the taper 3 through the transverse slot 4 of the extension 2 and tighten it as much as possible. One of the notches 5 comes to rest against the gante 6 and causes a hold in this tense connection position.
The tooth-like, the notches 5 forming the punchings in the metal strip 1 can also be curved or rectangular, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 or 5 and 6 can be seen.
The free end of the metal band can also be bent over on the opposite side, so that it is on the left compared to the type shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
The subject matter of the invention can be used, for example, in the insulation of central heating remote and water pipes. The insulating cardboard can be quickly held in place with the pipe clamp and quickly removed again after taping.
