Pulp plant. When using a circulation pump and the circulation line connected to it, which are arranged inside the digester, the advantage of saving large circulation liquid and material is achieved in that the circulation pipes are exposed to almost no pressure load and do not require any sealing.
The heating in such systems takes place by direct steam injection, for example by steam which is blown into the circulation pipe.
Under certain circumstances, he wishes to use indirect heating in stoves with internal circulation lines, either alone or in conjunction with direct heating.
For this purpose, according to the present invention, the circulation line is BEZW at two points with a supply. An outflow line outside the pipe is connected to the heating apparatus, and is provided with a shut-off device between these two points so that the circulating liquid can be forced to pass through the heating apparatus in whole or in part.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is illustrated schematically, for example. 1 and 2 are two cookers, both of which have an internal circulation pump 3 with suction line 4 and pressure line 5. In the pressure line an opening G is usually provided for direct injection of steam and the suction line is connected to the supply line 7 and the discharge line 8 for a warming device 9, which is common to both digesters.
The lines 7 and 8 are each provided with shut-off cocks 14, and the suction line 4 is provided with a shut-off valve 11 between the connection point for the line 7 and the line 8.
If the stove is to work with direct heating, the tap 11 is opened and the taps 10 are blocked at the same time, the call warmer 9 then being completely switched off.
If the taps 10 are opened completely or partially and the faucet 11 is completely or partially blocked, a smaller or larger part of the circulating liquid is forced to run through the call warmer, so that the cooker then works at least partially with indirect heating.
If the system is to be operated with indirect heating, the call warmer is only connected to the cooker 1 by opening the taps 10 and locking the tap 11, the taps 10 being shut off on the other side at the same time.
After the heating of the circulating liquid in the digester 1 has ended, the tap 11 in the digester 1 is opened and the heating apparatus 9 is blocked by this by means of the taps 10, while the circulation in the digester is continued during the dissolution period.
At the same time, the heating device 9 is connected to the digester 2, which is meanwhile prepared for the warming up of a new portion of pulp. As can be seen from this, more than two digesters can possibly be connected to the same heating device, and the warming up device can also be used. Use the advice with direct heating by supplying steam through opening 6.
The preheater is expediently connected to at least two cookers so that the preheater can be disconnected from one cooker and coupled to the next cooker as soon as the warm-up period of the first cooker is over and the dissolution period is to begin.
