Cross-winding machine with a thread guide that changes its speed of movement. It is known in greuzspulmaschinen to continuously change the speed of movement of the thread leader so that thread layers with mutually offset thread crossings arise in the winding.
In order to achieve this in a simple manner, according to the invention, in the thread guide drive, an order is switched on by which the thread guide is alternately given an accelerated and a delayed movement speed with respect to a constant speed drive part.
The drawing serves to explain three exemplary embodiments of the subject invention.
Fig. 1 is a sectional elevation of the first example; Fig. 2 is a partial section on line II-II of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 is a vertical section of the second example, Fig. 4 is a cross section along line IV-IV of Fig. 3, Fig. 5 is a vertical section of the third example,
and FIG. 6 shows a cross section along line VI-VI in FIG. 5.
It is 1 in the first example (Fix: 1, 2) a constant speed driven shaft on which the lifting disc 2 is mounted, in the circumferential groove of a driver 3 grips, which is attached to the thread guide rod 4. This rod 4, wel che the thread guide 5 is mounted in bearings 6 longitudinally displaceable, H is the stroke of the disc 2 and thus the - thread guide 5. A gear 7 is fixed on the drive shaft. A planetary gear is mounted eccentrically on the lifting disk 2, namely on a bolt 8, and has two ring gears 9 and 10 of different diameters.
Through the ring gear 9 this planetary gear is in engagement with the drive gear 7 and through its ring gear 10 with a control gear 11 freely mounted on the shaft 1, on the extended hub of which a drive rod 12 is attached. A control lever 13 is connected to the drive rod 12, by means of which a uniform back and forth oscillation of the drive rod 12 in the direction of the arrow according to FIG. 2 is conveyed by the machine drive.
As a result, when the cam disk 21 rotates from the drive gear 7 via the planetary wheel 9, 10, the planetary wheel 9, 10 reciprocates during its circular movement around the wheels 7 and 11 is turned around. The planetary wheel 9, 10 rolls on the wheels 7 and 11, which are axial to each other and to the hub disk 2, so that the hub disk 2 is given an alternating accelerated and a delayed rotational movement with respect to the uniformly rotating drive gear 7, so that accordingly, the speed of movement of the thread guide 5 changes constantly.
In the second example (Fig. 3, 4), the gear 7 is firmly connected to the hub of the lifting disc 2, while the wheel 11 fixed on the shaft 1, the drive gear bil det. The drive rod 12 has an auxiliary arm 12 'and carries the bolt 8 on which the eccentric to the lifting disc 2, two ring gears 9 and 10 having order impeller is mounted. The drive rod 12, 12 'is suspended swingably on the shaft 1 and the hub of the gear wheel 7.
In this example, the planetary wheel 9, 10 does not perform a complete circular movement around the gear wheel 11, which is constantly driven at the same speed here, but only an arc of the arc according to the oscillatory movement size of the drive rod 12. With the even back and forth oscillation of the drive rod 12, it rolls Revolving wheel 9 and 10 depend on the wheels 7 and 11, which are coaxial with one another and with respect to the lifting disk 2, so that an accelerated and a decelerated rotary movement of the lifting disk 2 results in turn.
In the third example (Fig. 5, 6), the cam plate 2 and the gear 11 are firmly attached to the shaft 1, while the gear 7 is loosely mounted on this shaft. The engaging in the gears 11 and 7 order impeller 9, 10 is arranged by means of its bearing pin 8 on a gear 14 which is rotatably mounted on the hub of the wheel 7. The gear 14 meshes with a gear 15 which is fastened on a shaft 16 on which a gear 17 is also fixed. With the gear 17 is a gear 18 in engagement, which is wedged on the hub of the gear wheel 7 so that the wheels 18 and 7 are firmly connected to each other.
An adjusting ring 19 fixed on the shaft 1 prevents the axial displacement of these wheels 7 and 18.
The ring gears of the planetary gear 9, 10 are eccentric and accordingly so are the gears 11 and 7 that mesh with them.
In this third example, the shaft 16 is driven at a constant speed. By seated on this shaft drive gear 17 of this shaft, the eccentric wheel 7 and thereby the planetary wheel 10, 9 is driven by means of the wheel 18, which in turn drives the eccentric wheel 11 and thereby the shaft 1. Furthermore, the wheel 14, which is concentric to the wheel 1 $, is driven by the wheel 1.5 of the shaft 16, with speed compared to the wheel 18 of other Ge. This results in the rolling speed of the planetary wheel 10, 9 on the wheel 7.
During the circular Be movement of the planetary gear 9, 10 of the sen eccentric ring gear 10 winds on the eccentric gear 7, so that the speed of the gear wheel via the ring gear 9 and the counter gear 11 is alternately accelerated and delayed shaft 1 and accordingly the speed of movement of the thread guide rod is changed.
