Description
Zählwerk. Bei Zählwerken kommt es vielfach darauf an, dass sie beim Gang möglichst wenig Rei bung verursachen, da häufig für den Antrieb des Zählwerkes wenig Kraft zur Verfügung steht, also eine Belastung der Einrichtung oder des Apparates dessen Mass der Tätig keit das Zählwerk registrieren soll, nach bester Möglichkeit zu vermeiden ist, wie beispielsweise bei Zählwerken von elektri- sohen Messgeräten.
Gegenstand- vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Zählwerk, das unter Berücksichtigung obigen Gesichtspunktes aufgebaut ist. ' Gemäss der Erfindung sind Drehkörper des Zählwerkes einzeln in Spitzen gelagert.
Die Zeichnung zeigt mehrere Ausführungs beispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes.
Fig. 1 stellt ein erstes Beispiel mit Teilen im Schnitt dar, wozu Fig. 2 eine Ansicht von rechts auf Fig. 1 gesehen ist.
Fig. 3 veranschaulicht ein zweites, Fig. 4 ein drittes, Fig. 5 ein viertes und Fig.6 ein fünftes Ausführungsbeispiel. In allen Ausführungsbeispielen ist aus Armen 1 und 2, Distanzstücken 3 und Spann bolzen 4 ein Zählwerksrahmen zusammenge baut, wobei zwischen den Armen 1 und 2 in einer Achslinie die Zahlenrollen 5 und zwischen den Armen 1, von denen in den Ausführungsbeispielen jeweils nur einer dar gestellt ist, die Zehnerübertragungsrollen 6 (nur im ersten Beispiel gezeichnet) gelagert sind.
Bei den drei Ausführungsbeispielen nach den Fig. 1 bis 4 ist jede einzelne der Zahlen rollen 5 auf einem beidendig bespitzten Bolzen 7 angeordnet. Diese Bolzen 7 sind in konischen Vertiefungen 8 gelagert, welche nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 direkt in den Armen 1, 2 vorgesehen sind. Nach den Fig. 3 und 4 sind die Vertiefungen 8 in Einsatzstücken vorgesehen, welche nach Fig. 3 durch Bolzen 9 mit Flansch und nach Fig. 4 durch Schrauben 10 gebildet sind.
Die Bolzen 9 sind durch Kerbung 11 anihrem Rande in den Armen 1, 2 gesichert, während die Schrauben 10 direkt in Gewinde der Arme 1, 2 eingeschraubt sind.
Gemäss den Ausführungsbeispielen nach Fig. 5 und 6 sind in den Armen 1, 2, in der Achslinie der Zahlenrollen 5 liegend, beid- endig gespitzte Bolzen 12 eingesetzt und in den Achslinien der Zahlenrollen 5 sind Ver tiefungen 13 vorgesehen, in welche die Spitzen der Bolzen 12 eingreifen. Nach der Fig. 5 sind die Vertiefungen 13 aus dem Material der Zahlenrollen 5 selbe ausgespart. Nach der Fig. 6 sind die Zahlenrollen 5 mit einer Buchse 14 versehen, welche die Vertiefungen 13 aufweist.
Wenn die Zahlenrollen aus ziehbarem Material, das heisst Blech hergestellt sind, wäre es auch denkbar, aus diesem Material Korrusse herauszudrücken, welche an Stelle des Konusses der besonders eingesetzten Bol zen 7 treten.
Wie die Zahlenrollen 5 können auch die Zehnerübertragungsrollen 6 in Spitzen ge lagert sein.
Counter. When it comes to counters, it is often important that they cause as little friction as possible when running, as there is often little power available to drive the counter, i.e. a load on the device or the apparatus whose activity the counter is supposed to register is best to avoid, as is the case with counters for electrical measuring devices.
The subject matter of the present invention is a counter which is constructed taking the above aspects into account. According to the invention, rotating bodies of the counter are individually mounted in tips.
The drawing shows several execution examples of the subject invention.
FIG. 1 shows a first example with parts in section, for which FIG. 2 is a view from the right of FIG. 1.
FIG. 3 illustrates a second, FIG. 4 a third, FIG. 5 a fourth and FIG. 6 a fifth embodiment. In all embodiments, a counter frame is built together from arms 1 and 2, spacers 3 and clamping bolts 4, with the number rollers 5 between the arms 1 and 2 in an axis line and between the arms 1, of which only one is provided in the embodiments is, the tens transfer rollers 6 (shown only in the first example) are mounted.
In the three exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 4, each individual one of the numbers is rolled 5 on a pin 7 with a pointed tip at both ends. These bolts 7 are mounted in conical recesses 8 which, according to the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, are provided directly in the arms 1, 2. According to FIGS. 3 and 4, the recesses 8 are provided in insert pieces which, according to FIG. 3, are formed by bolts 9 with a flange and according to FIG. 4 by screws 10.
The bolts 9 are secured in the arms 1, 2 by notch 11 at their edge, while the screws 10 are screwed directly into threads of the arms 1, 2.
According to the embodiments according to FIGS. 5 and 6 are in the arms 1, 2, lying in the axis line of the number rollers 5, both ends pointed bolts 12 used and in the axis lines of the number rollers 5 are provided depressions 13 in which the tips of the Engage bolt 12. According to FIG. 5, the recesses 13 made of the material of the number rollers 5 are the same. According to FIG. 6, the number rollers 5 are provided with a bushing 14 which has the depressions 13.
If the number rollers are made of a drawable material, that is to say sheet metal, it would also be conceivable to press corruses out of this material, which take the place of the cone of the specially used Bol zen 7.
Like the number rollers 5, the tens transfer rollers 6 can be superimposed ge in tips.
