Description
Federantrieb. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Federantrieb mit einem aus dem Werkstoff der Federachse herausgearbeiteten., über den Achsumfang nicht vorspringenden Haken zum Befestigen des innern Federendes.
Gemäss der Erfindung wird die Federachse mit zwei exzentrischen, in den Achsumfang übergehenden Ausnehmungen versehen, die zwischen sich den über die Achsumfläche nicht vorspringenden Federhaken stehen las en und das verschmälerte Federende auf nehmen.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Aus- fürungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, und zwar sind die Abb. 1 und 2 um 90 " zueinander versetzte Seitenansichten der in ._),bb. 3 im Schnitt nach der Linie 3-3 der Abb. 1 dargestellten Achse.
Es ist eine zur Aufnahme von zwei Fe dern bestimmte Achse veranschaulicht. Zwi schen je zwei koaxial zur Welle liegenden Achsteilen a liegen exzentrische Ausnehmun- gen b, die in den Umfang der Achsteile a übergehen und zwischen sich im Umfang wiederum zentrisch verlaufende Ringteile c belassen, die weiterhin an einem Teil ihres Umfanges so ausgespart sind, dass sie Haken c' zur Aufnahme der innern Federenden bil den.
Die innern Federenden übergreifen die- Ringteile bezw. Haken c' dabei in der all gemein üblichen Weise mit Einhängeschlit- zen und sind dabei so breit bemessen, dass sie in den exzentrischen Ausnehmungen zwi schen zwei Achsteilen a Platz finden. Sie legen sich stetig an den Umfang der all mählich in die Umfläche der benachbarten Achsteile übergehenden Ausnehmungen an; an der eben genannten Übergangsstelle gehen die verschmälerten Federenden in die nor male Federbreite über, die die benachbarten Achsteile a teilweise überdeckt.
Weiterhin legt sich die Feder dann voll kommen zylindrisch um die Achsteile a und die Umfläche der Federhaken c' herum.
Irgendwelche anormale Beanspruchung der Federteile findet dabei nicht statt.
