Description
Elektromotor mit Zahnradvorgelege. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Elektromotor mit in einem Kasten eingebautem, in einem Schmiermittel laufenden Zahnradvorgelege. Erfindungsgemäss ist der Vorgelegekasten in der Verlängerung der Motorase angeordnet und so ausgebildet, dass zwischen dem Kasten und einer denselben umgebenden Verlängerung des Motorgehäuses Raum verbleibt für den Durchgang von Kühlluft.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 den Motor in Stirn ansicht, Fig. 2 und 3 denselben im Längs schnitt bezw. in Draufsicht mit teilweisem Schnitt Fig. 4 ist eine Variante zu Fig. 1.
Das in den gezeigten Elektromotor ein gebaute Zahnradgetriebe besteht aus den Rädern 2, 3, 4 und 7. Auf dem freien Wellen zapfen der Motorwelle 1 ist der Zahnkolben 2 aufgekeilt. Letzterer treibt die beiden Räder 3, welche je mit einem Kolben 4 fest verbunden und in Lagern 5 und 6 (Fig. 3) geführt sind. Die beiden Kolben 4 treiben zusammen das Rad 7, welches einerseits auf einer Fort setzung 8 (Fis. 2) des Kolbens 2, anderseits im Lagerschild 9 gelagert ist. Die Antriebs- abe des Getriebes und die Motorase liegen in einer Geraden. Sämtliche Zahnräder sind in einem dichten Räderkasten 10 eingeschlos sen und laufen in Öl oder Fett.
Die für den Motor nötige Kühlluft wird vom Ventilator 11 angesogen und tritt durch den Lagerfuss 16 (Fis. 2) bezw. bei der Variante nach Fig. 4 durch seitliche Öffnungen 12 des Lagerschil des 9 ein, geht durch die Öffnungen 13, bestreicht den Räderkasten 10 und gelangt durch die Öffnungen 14 in den Motor, um hernach durch den Lagerfuss 17 bezw. durch Öffnungen des Lagerschildes 15 auszutreten.
Durch die Füsse 16, 17 ist die Stabilität des ganzen Aggregates gross.
Electric motor with gear reduction. The invention relates to an electric motor with a gear train installed in a box and running in a lubricant. According to the invention, the intermediate box is arranged in the extension of the motor nose and is designed in such a way that space remains for the passage of cooling air between the box and an extension of the motor housing surrounding it.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject invention, namely Fig. 1 shows the engine in front view, Figs. 2 and 3 the same in longitudinal section BEZW. in plan view with partial section. FIG. 4 is a variant of FIG. 1.
The built-in gear transmission in the electric motor shown consists of the wheels 2, 3, 4 and 7. On the free shaft pin of the motor shaft 1, the toothed piston 2 is keyed. The latter drives the two wheels 3, which are each firmly connected to a piston 4 and guided in bearings 5 and 6 (Fig. 3). The two pistons 4 together drive the wheel 7 which, on the one hand, is mounted on a continuation 8 (FIG. 2) of the piston 2 and, on the other hand, in the end shield 9. The drive output of the gearbox and the motor nose are in a straight line. All gears are enclosed in a tight gear case 10 and run in oil or grease.
The cooling air required for the motor is sucked in by the fan 11 and passes through the bearing foot 16 (FIG. 2) respectively. in the variant according to FIG. 4 through side openings 12 of the bearing plate of 9, goes through the openings 13, brushes the gear case 10 and passes through the openings 14 in the motor, to then through the bearing foot 17 respectively. exit through openings in the end shield 15.
Due to the feet 16, 17 the stability of the whole unit is great.
