Saugmundstück für Staubsauger. Die gebräuchlichen, auswechselbar am Ende des Schlauches oder Handrohres von Staubsaugern anbringbaren Mundstücke be sitzen den Nachteil, dass im Falle der Ver wendung des Mundstückes mit einem Hand rohr die Saugöffnung des Mundstückes nur bei einem bestimmten Neigungswinkel des Rohres gegenüber der Unterlage, parallel zu derselben liegt, so dass es zum Beispiel nicht möglich ist, unter niedrigen Möbeln den Staub aufzusaugen, da die Saugöffnung nicht parallel zu der zu reinigenden Fläche, zum Beispiel zum Boden zu liegen kommt.
Bei Verwendung des Mundstückes mit einem Schlauch kann die Mundstückmündung zwar jederzeit parallel zur Unterlage eingestellt werden; dabei wird aber der Schlauch stark beansprucht und es kann kein Druck auf das sich unter dem Möbel befindliche Mund stück ausgeübt werden.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Saugmundstück für Staubsauger, das mit einem Gleitschuh versehen und gelenkig mit einem dazugehörigen Handrohr verbunden ist, derart, dass ohne nennenswerte Beanspruchung des das Mundstück mit dem Luftbeweger verbindenden Schlauches die Mündung des Mundstückes stets parallel zu der zu reini genden Fläche geführt und auf dieselbe auf gepresst werden kann.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung sind vier bei spielsweise Ausführungsformen dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt, und Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf das Mundstück gemäss der ersten Ausführungsform; "Fig.3 ist eine zweite Ausführungsform, und Fig. 4 eine dritte Ausführungsform im Querschnitt; Fig.5 zeigt einen Querschnitt nach a-6 der Fig. 4, und Fig. 6 stellt die vierte Ausführungsform in Seitenansicht, teilweise im Schnitt dar;
Fig. 7 ist ein Querschnitt nach c-d der Fig. 6.
Am Ende des Handrohres 1 sind Arme 2, 3 (Fig. 1, 2) angebracht, deren Enden an Augen 4, 5 eines Gleitschuhes 6 des Mundstückes 7 angelenkt sind. Dieser Gleitschuh bildet einen Teil des Mundstückes und dient zur Führung der Mündung 8 des Mundstückes parallel zu der zu reinigenden Fläche. Ein biegsames, mit dem Handrohr einen Teil der Saugleitung bildendes Schlauchstück9 verbindet das Hand rohr 1 mit dem Stutzen 10 des Mundstückes 7.
Die Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 3 unter scheidet sich von der in Fig. 1 und 2 ge zeigten nur insofern, als die- Arme 2, 3 an Zapfen 11 des Stutzens 10 angelenkt sind.
Die Verbindung zwischen Handrohr 1 und Mundstück 7 mit Gleitschuh 6 ist bei den Fig. 4-7 im Unterschied zu den beschriebenen Ausführungsformen nicht mittelst Schlauch, sondern mittelst Gelenkes bewerkstelligt.
Gemäss Fig. 4, 5 besitzen das Mundstück und das Saugrohr zylindersektorförmige Teile 12, 13, welche durch eine Schraube 14 ver bunden sind. Der Teil 13 des Mundstückes 7 ist gut dichtend in den Teil 12 des Hand rohres eingepasst und kann sich um einen gewissen durch die Anschläge 16, 17 be grenzten Winkel um die Schraube 14 als Age drehen. Die Schraube 14 ist in der Wandung des Teils 12 eingeschraubt und mittelst einer Mutter 18 gesichert. Eine<B>Öff-</B> nung 19 im Teil 13 gestattet das Durch saugen der Luft von der Mündung 8 des Mundstückes 7 her, durch die Teile 13, 12 in das Handrohr 1.
Die Fig. 6 und 7 zeigen ein Gelenk, dessen am Handrohr sitzender Teil 19 gabel förmig ausgebildet ist.
Zwischen den Schenkeln dieses gabel förmigen Teils ist auf einem hohlen Zapfen @0 drehbar das Mundstück 7 angeordnet. Die Enden des hohlen Zapfens 19 sind durch Schraubenstopfen 21 verschlossen, wobei der Kopf dieser Stopfen beim Einschrauben der selben in den hohlen Zapfen die Schenkel des Teils 19 gegen den Teil 22 des Mund stückes 7 anpresst. Auf diese Weise lässt sich eine gute Abdichtung zwischen den Teilen 19 und 22 erzielen. Schlitze 23 und 24 im hohlen Zapfen gestatten den Durch tritt der bei 8 angesaugten Luft nach dem Handrohr 1.
Bei allen gezeichneten Ausführungen liegt die Stelle, an welcher das Handrohr am Mundstück angelenkt ist, annähernd mitten über dem Gleitschuh, so dass der auf das Handrohr ausgeübte Druck sich annähernd gleichmässig auf die Mündung 8 und den Gleitschuh 6 überträgt. Der besondere Vor teil welcher die gelenkige Verbindung schafft, ist indes der, dass mit einem erfindungs gemässen -Mundstück der Staub auch unter niedrigen Möbeln hervorgeholt werden kann. Das Mundstück mit dem Gelenk wird zu diesem Zweck mit Vorteil möglichst niedrig gehalten.
Wie in Fig. 1 und 2 angedeutet, kann im Mundstück 7 eine kammförmige Einrich tung eingebaut sein. Dieselbe besteht aus Zähnen 26, welche in einem Stab 27 sitzen, welch letzterer mittelst Schrauben 28 derart im Mundstück befestigt ist, dass die Spitzen der Zähne um Weniges hinter der Ebene der Mündung 8 zurückstehen. Dieser Kamm lockert die beispielsweise an einem Teppich haftenden Fäden, so dass dieselben durch die Saugluft mitgerissen werden können.

At the end of the hand tube 1 arms 2, 3 (Fig. 1, 2) are attached, the ends of which are hinged to eyes 4, 5 of a sliding shoe 6 of the mouthpiece 7. This sliding shoe forms part of the mouthpiece and serves to guide the mouth 8 of the mouthpiece parallel to the surface to be cleaned. A flexible hose piece 9, which forms part of the suction line with the hand tube, connects the hand tube 1 to the nozzle 10 of the mouthpiece 7.
The embodiment according to FIG. 3 differs from that shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 only to the extent that the arms 2, 3 are hinged to pins 11 of the socket 10.
The connection between the hand tube 1 and the mouthpiece 7 with the slide shoe 6 in FIGS. 4-7, in contrast to the embodiments described, is not achieved by means of a hose, but rather by means of a joint.
According to Fig. 4, 5, the mouthpiece and the suction tube have cylindrical sector-shaped parts 12, 13 which are ver by a screw 14 connected. In all of the designs shown, the point at which the hand tube is hinged to the mouthpiece is approximately in the middle of the sliding shoe, so that the pressure exerted on the hand tube is transmitted approximately evenly to the mouth 8 and the sliding shoe 6. The particular advantage that the articulated connection creates is that with a mouthpiece according to the invention, the dust can also be extracted from under low furniture. The mouthpiece with the joint is advantageously kept as low as possible for this purpose.
As indicated in Fig. 1 and 2, a comb-shaped Einrich device can be installed in the mouthpiece 7.
