Die Niederdruckpumpe ist eine gewöhn liche Zahnradpumpe und die Hochdruck pumpe eine Kolbenpumpe mit mehreren sternförmig angeordneten Kolben. Die aus den !Zahnrädern1 und 2 in einem Gehäuse 3 be stehende Zahnrad-Niederdruckpumpe fördert die aus der Rohrleitung 4 kommende Flüs sigkeitsmenge durch den Kanal 5 zur Hoch druckpumpe und in den .diesen umgehenden Ringkanal 6 derart, dass das Medium die Hochdruckpumpe und den Kanal 6 ausfüllt und teilweise durch das Ventil 7 des inneren Ringkranzes 8 in die Druckleitung 9 strömt;
United high and low pressure pump. The present invention relates to a united high and low pressure pump. The same is characterized in that a piston pump is assigned to a gear pump, which is acted upon by part of the incoming flow rate and this part of the flow rate, after flowing through the piston pump and a ring channel, reunites with the remaining flow rate, whereby the remaining delivery volume must flow through a non-return valve in a special channel system, which closes when a certain pressure is reached and then only the volume from the piston pump is pumped into the high pressure line.
The subject matter of the present invention is illustrated in one embodiment on the accompanying drawing, and it shows: FIG. 1 a schematic explanation of the operation of the pump, FIG. 2 a view of the rear part with the cover removed (low pressure pump), FIG. 3 a Longitudinal section through the pump according to line III-III; FIGS. 2 and 4 show a view from the front with partially drawn sectional views (high-pressure pump).
The low pressure pump is a common gear pump and the high pressure pump is a piston pump with several pistons arranged in a star shape. The gearwheel low-pressure pump consisting of the gearwheels 1 and 2 in a housing 3 conveys the amount of liquid coming from the pipeline 4 through the channel 5 to the high-pressure pump and into the ring channel 6 surrounding it in such a way that the medium flows through the high-pressure pump and the channel 6 fills and partially flows through the valve 7 of the inner annular ring 8 into the pressure line 9;
The other part of the medium reaches the piston chambers 11 while the valves 10 are pushed back and there, as the piston 12 advances, the valves 10 closes and the pressure valves 13 open, passes through the diversion channel 14 into the outer ring channel 15 and from there into the Pressure channel 9 enters. Due to the penetration of the medium into the actual high-pressure pump body, a special return of the piston 12 against the eccentric 16 is no longer necessary, since the piston is always pressed against the eccentric 16 by the medium.
If a certain overpressure has now arisen in the pressure line, which loads so heavily on the valve 7 that the pressure of the gear pump 1, 2 is no longer sufficient to lift the valve 7, only the pressure from the high-pressure pump through its piston 12 conveyed amount of liquid through the bypass channels 14, the ring line 15 come into the pressure channel 9. When the pressure drops, the valve 7 opens again and the gear pump 1, 2 acts indirectly on the pressure line 9.
At low pressures, i.e. from 0 to about 3 atmospheres, a very rapid filling and thus an increase in pressure is achieved: because the fully pressurized quantity Q of the gear pump reaches the pressure line. This application Q, which comes into the pressure line, is composed of the direct application of the ring line 6, which penetrates through the valve 7, and the application of the piston pump. If the pressure has risen to around 3 atmospheres, significantly smaller pressures are sufficient to increase the pressure quickly.
For this reason, it is sufficient to act on the piston pump alone completely. The entire power of the piston pump is only used to increase the pressure, since the medium flows into the piston pump under the pressure of the gear pump. The practical version shown shows the two gear wheels 17 and 18 of the gear pump. The inflow channel 19 to the gear pump is arranged on the side and Opposite it is the inlet channel 20 to the high pressure pump. In the exemplary embodiment, the low pressure pump is upstream of the high pressure pump and both pumps are on the same axis, since the shaft 21 of the piston pump is also the shaft of one gear.
To move the high-pressure pistons 22 of the high-pressure pump, they are pressed against a ball bearing 23 which is provided on a crank 24 of the shaft 21. The medium flowing in from the low-pressure pump through the channel 20 passes through the valves 25 into the cylinder interior 26 to act on the high-pressure pump and presses the pistons 22 against the ball bearings 23 and 23 respectively. the crank 24. When the pistons descend, the medium will open the valves 27 and enter the annular channel 28 in order to reach the high-pressure channel 29 from there.
As long as non-adjustable, certain higher pressure is reached, the other part of the liquid volume will lift the check valve 30 from the annular channel 20 and there into the transverse channel 31 and from there also into the high pressure channel 29. If the pressure is at a certain level increased so that the pressure of the column of liquid coming from the gear pump is no longer able to overcome the counter pressure on the valve 30, the liquid will only flow to the piston pump and only be pressed into the high pressure channel 29 by this.
Since the low-pressure pump in this case delivers a larger amount of liquid than the piston pump is able to push away, a valve, not shown, is expediently installed in the line, which returns the excess of exposure to the liquid, for example oil container.
4, the high pressure check valve is shown as section A-B, the inlet valves for the high-pressure pump as section B-C, the high-pressure piston as section C-D, the high-pressure outlet valves as section D-A.
