Description
Process for the production of a cement-containing liquid which becomes watertight on setting and converting it into a shaped state. The present invention relates to a process for the production of a cement containing mass, which becomes rigid when it is rigid, and its conversion into the shaped state, which is characterized in that cement, water, alkali carbonate, organic acid and a hydrocarbon are mixed and the so he shapes keeping earth. The method can be used in the execution of sealing work, drainage, underwater structures. etc.
be applied. As tests have shown, according to the present process, masses can be obtained which, in contrast to those produced by known processes, do not become granular too quickly, so that they can be easily processed. Furthermore, further tests have shown that masses can be achieved according to the present process that do not suffer under the influence of water in the formed state under water, even before the end of the setting, for example a wash away of oil particles by flowing water not happened.
Furthermore, according to the present process, masses can be produced which can be molded by injection molding, which is important for sealing tunnel walls, etc., for example. A test of the strength of products manufactured according to the method showed that the special additives used did not have an unfavorable effect on the same, but rather an increase in strength occurs compared with products that were manufactured without the chemicals used in the present method.
Soda and potash can be used as alkali carbonates. Acetic acid has proven particularly useful as an organic acid. Suitable hydrocarbons are petroleum, gasoline, etc. To achieve a mortar or. concrete-like mass you can add sand or sand to the mixture. Mix gravel.
The method according to the invention can for example be carried out as follows: 110 grams of water, 60 grams of soda, 2 grams of acetic acid and 6 grams of petroleum are mixed in the heat and 2 kg of cement and 1.3 kg of water are added to the resulting mixture . The mass obtained in this way is spread in joints that are to be closed ver against leakage of water.
