Description

  

  Einrichtung bei Verbindungen von dicken Blechen zum Prüfen ihrer Dichtheit.    Gegenstand der Erfindung des Haupt  patentes ist eine Einrichtung bei Blechver  bindungen, bei welchen die miteinander ver  bundenen Bleche einen Zwischenraum ein  schliessen, in den zum Prüfen der Dichtheit  der Verbindung Druckflüssigkeit     hineingepresst     werden     kann.    Gegenstand vorliegender Er  findung ist eine Einrichtung bei Verbindungen  von dicken Blechen zum Prüfen ihrer Dicht  heit, gemäss der Erfindung sind die Bleche  durch     Überblattung    miteinander verbunden  und der Zwischenraum zum Prüfen der Dicht  heit der Verbindung ist in mindestens einem  Blatt ausgespart.  



  Auf der Zeichnung sind als Ausführungs  beispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes einige       Blechverbindungen    im Schnitt zur Darstellung  gebracht.  



       a    und b sind die miteinander verbundenen  Bleche. Die Blechränder sind durch     Über-          blattung    zum Übergreifen gebracht und durch       Versehweissungen        c    an den Blatträndern c  miteinander verbunden. Zum Prüfen der  Dichtheit der Verbindung ist in den Blättern  d ein Hohlraum e ausgespart, der am besten  durch entsprechendes Hobeln der Blechränder    im     flachen    Zustand des     Bleches    .hergestellt  wird.

   Der Hohlraum kann entweder durch  Aussparen nur des einen Blattes, wie in       Fig.    3 und 4 gezeigt, oder durch Aussparen  beider Blätter, wie in     Fig.    1, 2, 5 und 6  gezeigt, entstehen; natürlich sind auch noch  andere Profile als die gezeichneten möglich.  Das Druckmittel wird durch die     Öffnung    f  in den Hohlraum     eingeführt.    Mit einer der  artigen Verbindung wird das besonders bei  dicken Blechen sehr schwierige     Einbrödeln     eines Hohlraumes in den Blechrand ver  mieden.
